Didn't we just get a ton of new announcements like, a week or two ago? The next two mini-APs and the big Ancestry book...Yes we did, via PaizoCon Online and some blog posts.
Just double checked and Pathfinder 2e got 8 new books announced during, yeah. I hope OP isn't looking for more than that.

I mean, we probably will get more than that. All the announcements were for Q1/Q2, and Paizo not releasing any books in the second half of the year would be odd. We'll probably get announcements during GenCon Online, assuming Paizo is attending.
I think this is the only official post, but I could be wrong.

How about the next preview for the Advanced Players Guide? There should have been one for Origins (original date).
The book is just over a month away at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get anymore previews. Possibly more in the Iconic Evolution series they did for the CRB classes but that might not be possible.
Most of the announcements I'd expect for the APG will be a formal reiteration of the livestream content, with a couple of crumbs added. However, they haven't yet introduced us to our new oracle, so I'd expect that some time in the next month or so.
They've said there'd be more previews during the month leading up to the APG via blog posts, and we still need info about the new Oracle. But I'd be happy if they didn't, given how insane everything is right now.
As for further announcements, not sure they'll be one for Origins since that was cancelled. But I'm sure the next AP line and the next major hardcover after Bestiary 3 will be announced during GenCon. Probably with a playtest announcement for any new classes slated for Fall.

I would imagine we start getting a lot of these in a couple weeks as that would enter the normal run up to gen con window and that the book will release by the end of july we will see leaks from preorders/subscribers starting by mid month typically.
Announcements for Paizo products have traditionally followed the format of PaizoCon delving into more details for the GenCon release book and new products for the end of the year and early the following year. GenCon typically has announcements for products for the spring and summer of the following year.
- So we've seen several products announced at PaizoCon Online 2020 for the end of this year and early next year. As well as more details on the APG for PF2.
- It is reasonable to believe that more products will be announced at GenCon Online. Most likely the book to release GenCon 2021 and any playtests that would be needed.
