I guess I'm getting a bit concerned. My May order was shipped to the UK on the 18th and still hasn't arrived. I know it's a bigger order but I'm starting to look at my July sub I guess...
My May order arrived at the end of last week and I'm also in the UK so I wouldn't worry too much yet.

Yeah, I haven't got my May subscription in Australia yet either. :(
(My June order leapfrogged it and arrived last week, so things are moving at some level, just a little chaotically, it seems).
AusPost boggles my mind lately, feels like its working in an ineffective Last In, First Out way letting the older stuff stagnate at the bottom of the pile.

Big time.
I ordered a shirt towards the end of June, it's just hit over the 20 business days, and I'm fighting off the "did it turn up and someone nicked it out of my post box?", "did the postie just not leave me a notification?" and "is AusPost just deluged and unreliable?" dread.
Still I wait, sadly staring out my window, face pressed to the glass, whispering "pakidge...".

I’m glad I’m not the only one doing that, I see the postie arriving, a big smile of hope on my face but which fades quickly as they speed past my home on their little bike

Not sure if it’s reason for other Australians to hope, but my May order arrived today.
Everything from Paizo is untangled now (for me) albeit transit times look to be an extra three to four weeks..
I’m hopeful for a surprise on the doorstep tomorrow..

Update: Cradle Infestation arrived today. Still waiting for The Apocalypse Prophet.
Apocalypse Prophet arrived today so I'm finally up to date. Just in time for July's shipping which surely has to be today or tomorrow (fingers crossed).

As I understand things, they've implemented physical distancing in their warehouses which has slowed things down just as a massive spike in online shopping has inundated them with packages.
In dealing with the big backlog, they decided to focus on "getting back to normal as quickly as possible" rather than "making sure early orders get dealt with first". Which means that there are going to be some packages which sit in delay for long periods of time until the backlog is resolved and they can get back to working through things in a more first-in-first-out manner.
(That was from a news article a month or so ago, so it could well be out of date. It kind of makes sense though).

Still no luck on my end, I feel like I’ve done something to personally offend the gods of the post, cos there’s another parcel from a Kickstarter that have been received elsewhere in the country and I’m still waiting. Whatever I did I’m sorry! Haha

I'm in the UK, my May delivery was fine (yay B2!) but I'm still waiting on my June subscription, which was apparently sent out on June 5th, so nearly 2 months ago... Hopefully it's still on its way! At least I have the pdf :)
(Still waiting for my July subscription to ship though! Eeeee I am very excited for the APG)

My fellow Aussies, do you get annihilated on Shipping and Handling charges whenever your order includes more than a single AP module? For instance my S&H for July’s PF AP, APG and Slithering module came in at more than the cost of the APG, it went up by $20 after this months second authorisation.
Just wanted to see if others bear this crazy S&H cost as well

I no longer subscribe to any of the hardcover lines, as the hardcovers cost as much to post as their cover price. I actually find it cheaper to just buy the PDF on release then buy the books locally. You will find if you remove the hardcover from the equation your postage costs will decrease significantly, but you may end up with lot of separate parcels (it is cheaper than way as it gets things into the cheaper weight limits).

I jumped for joy when I received my July sub shipped email. Then cried when I saw the revised shipping cost.
It came to a total of US$96.79 for a single parcel weighing in at 7 lbs. In that parcel are the following:
Pathfinder Advanced Player's Guide
Starfinder Starship Operations Manual
Starfinder Adventure Path #30
Pathfinder Adventure Path #157
Pathfinder Lost Omens: Legends
Pathfinder Adventure: The Slithering
So a big month, with many books, but a bit of a shock, especially when the initial shipping and handling was only US$50.65.
Previously I had a smaller parcel, back in Feb, with a couple adventure paths and the Gamemastery Guide that weighed 4 lbs in total and that cost $38.32 in shipping.
Back in August 2019, when the Pathfinder Second Edition shipped, that parcel weighed 11 lbs and the shipping was US$65.15.
So I'm puzzled by the dramatic increase in shipping to Australia. Either an increase in shipping costs due to covid or a goblin has gotten loose in the Paizo account's computer.

I think something went wrong this month.
I had eleven items, but it was nothing super big. My “cheapest possible” shipping ended up breaking it into two parcels and charging me $152 USD.
I suspect one of the items had incorrect dimensions/weight entered into the system (or it was one of the more esoteric bugs that crop up from time to time). In my experience that’s the most common source of shipping errors - Paizo type 21 pounds for a 2.1 pound book and their shipping algorithm crunches the numbers.
although the packages are weighed before departing the warehouse, it appears to me that the shipping isn’t always recalculated.
Granted there’s a fair bit of guesswork there...

Yup today was a good day, this morning I got my August shipping notice so got to print the AP to read over the weekend, then lo and behold as I walked to my door a beautiful Paizo box with my July shipment sat waiting for me, 20 days in transit to get to Australia, very very good! Great to see things getting back to normal :-D

So, in Australia, yesterday I received the last half of July, and half of August.
So, my July packages were about a month apart, I got all of September, and then the rest of July and some of August yesterday. Leaving half of August to arrive. The package delivery is all over the place.
