Since there is a discount code that expires this coming Friday -- Could anything bad happen if we redeem that code and submit an order for physical products before any pending February orders ship?
I could see a similar issue with the March subscription orders, but that one is completely under your control....

We had two interviews earlier today where we were away from the phones. Everything with your order looks fine, just needs to be processed for shipping. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to see it. I'll resend an order confirmation email.
Edit: looks like Diego already took care of your order, just before I checked on it.
The order is showing again, but the Bestiary Battle Cards are no longer showing as part of the order. Will I be getting those separately? Thank you for your assistance.

What cadence of updates should we expect while y'all are working through these issues? Daily? Weekly?

If you place an order before a discount expires, but we do not ship it before it expires, the discount should still apply.
Taking the total number of February New Release items that were generated by a subscription, all are above 90% fulfilled except for the Gamemaster Guide (88%).
Of the pending orders for the APs and the GMG around 90% are marked in our system as having payment failures. So if you are worried about your order having not shipped, please check your order history to check that that is not an issue.
If you make a change to your payment method or have resolved an insufficient funds issue, you can reply to your order email and just let us know you're ready to try again.

I appreciate it, unfortunately, when I told a friend about the issues, they gifted me a copy of the cards. Guess I will have an extra set.

My Order (#12710120) shows as "Complete" and as having already shipped with a 4-8 day shipping transit expectation, but it's been 15 or so shipping days and still nothing here. The tracking ID that appeared in my email notification never returned any information, and still doesn't. I reached out on the 24th about the tracking ID that never went live, and posted a thread here last Thursday.
I know there's a lot going on right now, and I hope things get sorted out so everyone can breathe a sigh of relief.
I'd love a "hey your book did ship" or some response but my main question is about moving forward. I'd like to convert my habit of just ordering individual books into a core subscription, but the current subscription options don't include starting with Bestiary 2. Would it be possible to subscribe now without ordering a book I already have (or is currently in transit) or do I need to just keep checking the Store page to see when I can subscribe beginning with Bestiary 2?

You all might want to start your own threads for these problems so that the Paizo folks can track them better.
As for the subscription, at some point in the very near future the Core Rulebook and Bestiary should drop off as possible subscription starting points and be replaced by Bestiary 2. That is how past subscriptions have always worked.

I can't speak for the other poster, but I have my own thread that has been sitting there since last Thursday.
Thank you for the information about how past subscription starting points have worked. I've just been buying the books like a fool and have never once looked at subscription as an option - which is kind of silly if I intend to purchase all the core books.

I have been looking into the numerous reports I've received from Organized Play subscribers that they did not have February's items generate and discovered over half of all subscribers had their line items fail to generate. I'm going to be re-running that process ASAP to get those orders generated for folks.

Hm. I have an order in my history, # 17243304 dated Feb 26, containing two PFS and two SFS scenarios. It's marked completed, but the scenarios aren't in my downloads. I guess/hope that'll be fixed by this re-run you're doing.

There are at least three of us posting here in this forum who ordered books on 2/17 and received shipping notifications on 2/18. The tracking numbers for all three of us never went live, you have our money but three weeks later we still haven’t received books.
Two of us have sent multiple emails, three of us have posted threads, I called during the mailbox full debacle and now the phone is offline obviously.
My order # is 12710120.
