There hasn't been for the Core Rulebook, nor the Bestiary, I doubt there will be for the GMG.
I bought them both. Probably shouldn't have, but... :-)
Is there a way to substitute the regular Gamemastery Guide for the Deluxe while having the subscription?
I was hoping so too! I asked as well, elsewhere, but it doesn't seem to be something they're moving towards. Got enough maybe in the answer that it's not a closed no, but I'm not sure they have a method to modify the order that way.
I love the Deluxe editions, but I wish the Deluxe editions had the regular book cover as the first page. All the art is so good it's a shame not to have it included.

At the very least it would be nice to receive a loose leaf 8" x 11" Poster sheet. I can understand not wanting to add an extra page, in the event that would mess with the page count and potentially cause unnecessary confusion with future products that references back to page numbers. But receiving a quality printing that can be displayed in the home would be great.

Assuming it's like all the other subscriptions, you should be able to cancel your Special Edition sub and restart your regular Rulebook sub after this shipment, if that's what you decide to do.
The Gamemaster's Guide was in my sidecart this whole time (I'm a rulebook subscriber) i tapped the "send as soon as possible instead of with next shipment" button (i only have two lines subscribed, and the other isn't getting a release this month, so i was just seeing if it did anything) and the order actually spawned to "pending" that shouldn't cause problems having it ship normally between the 10th and 21st right?

I feel like every month is Christmas now. I wait for the order spawning date, knowing that soon i will have new books to read or accessories to play with.
The deluxe game mastery guide is still listed as non subscription. (Obviously month one and all that so hardly a big deal. Just thought I’d mention it - as much to publicise the fact there’s now a deluxe rulebook subscription as anything else).
Dang was hoping to see them start processing today, but completely understand. At least i dont have to watch my inbox the rest of the night now.

Normally I'm excited for as early of a start as possible! Ready for this stuff. However, I hope they can make a bigger dent in the customer service forum, as myself and likely many more folks have items that need addressing before these orders are generated.
The other half of me says screw that! I want the GMG.
Yea I noticed a few items moved, but my GMG stayed in my manage sub list as if it was going to ship by itself. That said, I can't wait to get the notice that they have shipped, then it will be off to my downloads for the pdf copy of the GMG. I'm hoping the tax stuff goes ok today. But I know they are working on a lot of things.

We're hoping to run the auth on Monday, but we still have some things to check off the pre auth list. So on Monday we will be evaluating whether we can get it started or not.

The Order generated cancelled my preordered Pathfinder Gamemastery Guide Special Edition with out adding the special edition subscription version
I found your subscription copy of the GMG-SE floating around without an order number, connected it to the February pending order, and resent a confirmation email.
I never get the pending norder email. The only email i get is the when the order has finalized and preparing to ship.

I've got a pending order (in fact, I have three) *and* I got an authorization email. Didn't get the latter last month though. <shrug>
I haven't been getting authorization emails for months now, however I (mostly) keep an eye out here, so I'm rarely surprised with unexpected packages.
My order says it is pending but I haven't received any authorization email either

You can leave things alone for now. When the report is done running, I'll let folks know (currently looks like it will be running overnight at the very least, and into tomorrow). If something still looks fishy at that point, contact CS and we'll investigate.
The report that generates orders stopped running overnight. I've restarted and it's chugging right along. Myself or someone in CS will update when it is done generating orders.

The February order creation appears to be done as of about 10:30am PST. If your Order History does not have a pending subscription order as you expected, please let us know via email, a new forum thread for your individual issue, or by phone M-F 10am-5pm PST.
Since the order creation has happened, can we expect shipping sooner than the 26th?

Thanks for your patience with the order confirmation email issue. Talking with the tech team, they believe they have a fix for this and it should be going out the next code roll.

I don't know if it helps them at all to gather more data but just in case, I received my email this month as well as seeing the pending order. I have more often than not been in the no email group recently.
