Thanks for people who commented on my first preview. I have a finished first draft. Cross-post from reddit:
Happy launch day! I redesigned the Pathfinder character sheet from the ground up to be cleaner, more intelligible and printer friendly. Feedback wanted; I'll continue refining it. Creative Commons noncommercial. If you really like it, give a couple bucks to your favorite charity.

I actually forgot hero points. I forgot XP too. I made a new revision incorporating some suggestions. Check it out.

The new version looks really nice now.
I think yours is very good for new players to fill out with the DM and use for play. Because it leaves out all those boxes for ability mod and proficiency that clutter the page. During play this one is much cleaner and easier to read.
God, I have to save all those different character sheets! XD

I'm tempted to start a "List of alternative character sheets" thread for reference, because there's a lot of them. I like my own, of course, but I also like several of the others as well, and there's plenty of market to share nicely.
This one, in particular, is developing nicely.

Thank you for your version. The official one is so bad and I recognise that. A friend at my table is a Graphic Designer and I'm afraid to show him the official character sheet, as I want him and the others at the table to switch and when they see the Sheet, it will be hard to convince them of the quality of 2nd Edition. I love how the community is coming out with great sheets, that are far better for my tastes.

I absolutely love your design, but you did such a good job decluttering and removing visual noise that it could stand to be packed a bit tighter. I also think my ideal character sheet would include a small, concise means of showing how the character's ability scores were generated so that a GM can vet it at a glance, and a player won't lose track of when and where their bonuses came from.
* added lines under weapon entries for the extra information like traits and enchantments
* reorganized to efficiently pack to make room
* added mockup of a ability boost tracking grid
* removed logo
* simplified status area
* significantly reduced Profile block size, since it is often left blank on my player's sheets anyway (*shakes fist*)
* left a block open for something, maybe brief notes?

UPDATE Version 4 is here!
Thanks guys. I think we're getting pretty close to finishing the design. I tested it on a cheap monochrome laser printer and it looks solid. @WatersLethe, thanks a ton for taking the time to make a mockup. I looked it over and used some of your ideas in this version.

Okay, there is a 5th version. Probably the last one for a while.
Here's the Reddit thread with more context

I love this character sheet!
However, you might want to separate class DC and spell DC - it's possible for them to be different. For example, Monk Class DC is based off their key attribute (Strength or Dexterity) but their Spell DC is (most likely) based off Wisdom.

Are you looking at the current version? Instead of "Class/Spell DC" it has "Class DC" and nearby blank spots for other stats.
Oh, I see... In that case it might be good to have an explicit spot for Spell DC? It didn't occur to me that's what those spaces were for.

Speaking of... how is yours going?

It really is. Very clean, nice and easy on the eyes.

Getting there, slowly. It'll take a long time to get all the classes etc in.
It has its own thread , so let's not detail this one.
