Yeah I've been too lack with my work out since my surgery. I think I need to get back in gear with it. I had lost 10 pounds in two weeks before but since the surgery I've been pretty well stagnant no lose no gain. Even keeping with my diet doesn't seem to get me any lose.

HA google found out what a mud masters course was for me. That looks rough.

The lower you get, the harder it is to lose even more weight simply because there's less of you to burn energy. The only way around that is to build muscle so you burn more energy even while resting.

That has been my plan for awhile really, but I get winded to quick so I've started focusing cardio.

The Exchange

Try light weights, more reps? Then you still get some kind of cardio workout.

That's a good point. I might alternate. Which one of my cardio's uses weights as well.

Did a couch-to-10k today. By which I mean I’ve been sitting on the couch for months, got up and ran 10k.

This may hurt.

I got up at 7:00, because I was over at my ladyfriend's, and that's the time at which her kids get up and run in, dressed as (Star Wars) stormtroopers and demanding attention.

I'm glad you clarified which stormtroopers they were. The other and it would've been weird.

I didn't run 10k, but there were times this summer I felt like I walked 10k...

Right now just trying to semi-motivate myself to clean. That and maybe take some ibuprofen for some ache-ness I got.

Given our respective backgrounds and inclinations, that is fortunately highly unlikely...

Quibble much, please do this sequence no matter how much you hurt. If you don't have a yoga mat just use a blanket. Else you're going to be hopping around tomorrow.

I didn't do it until the next day after I ran 21k, and felt rotten until I did it and took an afternoon nap. The time I ran 13.3k, I made myself do it and I was pretty much fine the next day. Damage mitigation...

Also please take note of which parts your hurting. There are issues in rapid increase of mileage, one which may involve knee joints and ankles, or even blisters (which may mean you need a gear upgrade). Believe me I've done this before and I actually ran 21 km before just to see if I could.

Body pump works on those principles and my colleague said that after she went for body pump, her muscles became less flabby looking and she looks more toned.

Granted what I am trying to do is to lift heavy weights so I still need to train with heavy weights.

If your gym isn't that crowded, try do everything in circuit, like clean and press, followed up by squats, then deadlifts and bench press etc. Again if you need to reset weight each time or camp the rack then it's not feasible.

I did a little cleaning. Mostly sweeping with a broom the loose dog hair in around the first floor...mostly.

I don't go to a gym anymore. I have free weights and a full body work out that can be done with them.

On the plus side however at least it wasn't a 10k with a couch.

Finished I think game 4? maybe 5? of my campaign they are still in my super dungeon which is slowly breaking and crumbling around them. They are learning now that they may have to cheat a little on the dungeon rules to make it out because of the dungeon malfunctioning. Also They are batting way above their CR I'm gonna have to toughen up the encounters a bit.

Just me or is the forum a mess tonight?

Yeah paizo was down. Wanted to say running a 10k while carrying a couch is next to impossible.

That works as well. I still have another 28 push ups and 30 burpees I need to do for the day then we'll just relax with yoga and go for piloxing in the afternoon. Surprisingly I managed to get to the gym yesterday(rock climbing class was cancelled =() after I swam 200m and ran 5.4k. I think the swimming part I did my fish style a bit too fast on first lap and was forced to use frog style to recover. Next time I will just do fish style for all lengths since I do have the stamina to pull it off.

Sure my swimming technique could probably use a lot of work but I get along...

Something like that yes...

Right now I'm going to try to clean more tomorrow since I gamed today. Which was good but honestly, my character didn't get involved since he's kind of a hang-er on atm.

Yeah I just need more free time and to motivate myself better.

hmm. For my games if I notice someone is doing just hanger on thing I make a challenge that they specifically will excel at.

Well at least over time they is a thing that tends to pass.

Reminds me of the old nickelodeon show that had the dad character on a mobile chair.

Tonight is all about watching slightly drunk people get lost in my lobby. Very entertaining.

Last night was for me was mainly about not-so-slightly drunk people be thoroughly confused by a locked front door. So many of them would just stand in front of it and frown like they'd never seen a locked door before.

our Hotel's back door last night was all about that. I think they may have actually broke it slightly because it is harder to use now.

It sounds like Dave Made a Maze, only it's "Bobby Drunk in the Lobby."

I did mudmasters. I had fun, but I also fell on my knee so I walked a lot, not wanting to make it worse.

What was your experience through every obstacle? =D

So honestly I WANTED to clean...and I could have. But part of the problem came from the fact my dogs wanted out a good bit and I was happy to stay in my room for a few hours since I hadn't done that in a while.

So now, FURIOUS cleaning to commence tomorrow!

Furious cleaning is the norm for me.

I'm cleaning...AND I'M ANGRY ABOUT IT!!!

You're scurryfunging.

Scurryfunge (Verb) Old English; to rush around cleaning when company is on their way over.

Ah. Well that works too Cal. And also Gran, I can be angry and cleaning at the same time. I call that my "Merged Hulk" form. :p ;)

I love that word I am going to adopt it.

It certainly sounds better than furryscunge.

I don't know what "scunge" means, but if it has to do with furries, I'm out.

That was crazy. Lady had an apple branded CC with no number or bar to scan it was just the chip. Their was nothing I could do with it. Our chip readers aren't set up to work that way yet. Heck I doubt half the places in our area could do anything with it. so she had to make the res via mobile through a third party (that way the third party provided the card and payment.) She had an apple phone and it gave her the worst time ever with the captcha's. even though she got it right it just looped. I swear I already dislike apple and this was not a good selling experience for me.

First time anyone has ever handed me a CC that was blank with just a chip.

Oh so now your all anti furry. I remember a certain person Demanding some hot furry action between a bear and an owl a good while back!

That wasn't furry action. That was good old fashioned interspecies boning.

So it's a dirty furry. Got it.

And I'm not anti-furry. I just don't want anything to do with them.
