Slay the spire:
I beat the heart with the defect. I went with a power's theme. Haveing echo form echo form into another echo form followd by playing 5 defrags and loops combined with general extra orbs. Really the combo just went crazy to the point I had 9 orbs varying of lighting and ice with 11 focus every turn it popped out 3 more random powers which got played 3 timesfor the first and each play drew me cards. It was a crazy fund deck. I had the one where you get hit unblocked and it does the lighting orb I had it at 7 so 7 orbs every time he hit me. Yeah Defect was fun once I got all the cards and relic's I needed.

Working on iron clad next. No luck so far. I'm thinking to try to go for a lot of block get barricade and iron waves and juggernaut see If I can defend to win.

The Exchange

Yeah barricade and entrench. Else you don't build armor fast enough. I think shrug it off is more important then iron wave due to trying to card cycle for your 0 cost body slam. Body slam at 0 cost is also required for damage. My preferred way of ironclad is block build.

The Exchange

I also suffered from eat too much at my colleague sisters wedding lunch. I think I have to be very careful about the amount of coconut and glutinous rice I take. At first it doesn't seem a lot but it gives me major bloating and even a headache if done to excess later. Or maybe it was too much sugar.

This looks like the Konami code to unlock an extra Freehold.

I'm passing on extra Freholds....

This cat sitting thing is...getting better I think. Mostly because today wasn't terrible. What was terrible was trying to go back to bed only to have my neighbor four houses up call and wake me up because she's got bronchitis and apparently can't just let her down run around outside to do her business for... some reason. (One I suspect is true the other is unspoken but also true because I suspect her neighbor next door doesn't like dogs. A fact I'm pretty sure of...)

Ha so I had to save and quit but i'm on the two guys on stage 4 with ironclad. I made essentially the opposite of what I said and it is working great. I got th relic that whenever I play 3 attacks I get a str two enflames the double str one the find weakness and a whole bunch of perfect strikes heavy blades and whirl wind (whihc has made minion fights so easy) So I've been getting upwards of 22 str and just annihilating everything this run. My heavy blade did 94 one time. So I might beat it but I had to leave for work.

Strength and Heavy blade decks work but the heart cannot take more then 300 points of damage per round so you still need to survive 3 rounds with him or so.

Yeah that is the part that worries me all the 1 points for every card and what have you but I also have the relic that buffs your dex for every 3 cards and an I think its enrage + The one where you gain 5 block per strike. I think as long as I get the cards I need I got it.

its pretty easy to unlock extra mes. Just score 10000 points. There is another me unlocked at every 10000 points thereafter.

Rage then you need to keep cycling attacks, hopefully you have good energy inflow to keep up the attacks.

Well I expect to get paid, yes. I just am waiting to see how long this lasts. I mean like tonight, I came home from gaming but before that I had been up and down from like 3 am to 5 am with my dogs before going out around 8 to let the cat back in. But when I came home, I took my dogs out first THEN I tried taking hers out...but because our neighborhood block party (which, honestly I don't do. Just too many people, too much noise for me and especially because I don't see a reason we have a fire truck there.) I had to hold off until after 7:45. But again, it worked out and so did for my dogs and the cat (Though I had hoped to put the cat in before dark.)

We'll see how it goes this week.

I know =( I'm cutting my carrot intake for the rest of the week and no freakin carrots next week too. Unfortunately too much green vegetables may be the cause as well and everyone knows I'm eating okra and brocoli by the bucketful (slight exaggeration), but I'm taking in about 300g of brocoli, 300g of okra and 300g of cauliflower per day. My... That adds to like near 1 kg of vegetables in a single day.

Then you add the weight of the zucchini in the morning and yes, it's 1 kg of vegetables in a day. You'd have thought I'm vegetarian but I'm not, really.

You don't put a cat in before dark. The cat comes to you when she wants to, on her own terms and not before. I don't think you'll have much luck calling out or finding a cat that doesn't want to be found...

Try cat food and call her name. It might work. Or not. Cats are generally very independent creatures.

Google says: PALMS. Orange/yellow tint: Ginger-hued hands are no cause for concern—in fact, they're a sign you have a diet rich in veggies full of the pigment carotene, like carrots, sweet potatoes and winter squash.

Transitioning to full paleo, this week I finish the rest of my chickpeas. Man it's a pain getting calcium on Paleo, 300g okra is more or less equal to a cup of milk for calcium and a cup of milk is easier to drink up.

The funny thing is I have not eaten any sweet potatoes or winter squash. Sure, I get a dose of 15g of carrots a day, but come on, that isn't a lot, right?

Wikipedia suggests that all of the following have significant amounts of carotene: carrots, wolfberries (goji), cantaloupe, mangoes, red bell pepper, papaya, spinach, kale, sweet potato, tomato, dandelion greens, broccoli, collard greens, winter squash, pumpkin, cassava.

Just be careful with new diets. Sometimes they can cause harm.

The Exchange

Paleo is fairly safe. Just need to watch calcium and vitamin D intake. If I need vitamin D, I suppose just need to prescribe myself running up Mt Faber at noon, no?

Besides I walk under the noonday sun for about 6 min daily to get to and fro from the gym. That counts, doesn't it? Park run in the morning is 30 min under the morning sun, assume I do not extend it by doing a 10k instead.

I have not eaten anything on that list except for broccoli. Granted, in fairly large quantities (300g/day). OK fine, for the last few weeks I was eating 1 tomato/day, five out of seven days a week. But I did NOT end up with yellow paws until recently.

I would love to eat a mango except I'm not sure if the store mangoes are sweet

And stains everything it touches orange!

My mom just asked if I was overeating when I asked for 300g of okra, 1 almond drink and a zucchini boat for breakfast. How do you overeat vegetables really?

Sounds like too many vegetables to me.

You can't overeat vegetables in a calorie sense but I suppose you can get bloated...

Oh believe me I do get sesame ginger chicken for lunch so I'm not all vegetables.

Paleo? Pfft. New-fangled nonsense. I'm doing the Archae diet. I subsist entirely on superheated hydrogen sulfide. It was good enough for my unicellular ancestors, by gorrah, it's good enough for me!

So updates and clarifications, of a sort;

So my neighbor four houses up was in a real tizzy (that's a word folks!) because for reason I didn't see (even after walking the dog) she was convinced the dog was going lame or something. So that meant I had to take time out of my life to a) go with her to vet and b) help her put the dog in the car because apparently she can't convince the dog to get voluntarily or at least not walk up the ramp she has for it because she's convinced...I dunno I'm convinced she's addled. And after driving with her, she SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING. I mean the woman has partial dementia I'm sure along with now macular degeneration. So between her almost running into a school bus and pulling out when she shouldn't....Yeah I wasn't thrilled with that.

HOWEVER!!! Thanks to me working on making mash potatoes yesterday, I managed to make another batch...not as good but since it was smaller, I dropped the remainder from last night's attempt in and it was...more than passable. That and the pork chops I tried to cook didn't get cooked thoroughly even though I think I had it on too high of a heat on the stove. I didn't burn the brown gravy so there's that!

As for the cat saga, I'm aware I can't bring the cat IN as it's a cat that likes being out at night. Which is what I end up doing visa vie I go over in the afternoon to let it outside for the rest of the evening/into dusk/night and then back just as the dawn comes up. I'm still not happy there's no cat door in this home though. I don't like making two trips just for a cat. (but again, I'm not a huge cat person so add that where you will.)

Also to my annoyance, my mom's fellow retired teacher who substitutes for some art teachers (that's his subject), DIDN'T inform me I'd have to be taking care of his dogs TOO tomorrow. I did know I was taking care of them on the 26th of this month and the 10th of October. But NO MENTION of this Tuesday...fortunately I don't have to go visit my client with the two golden retrievers twice so I can do that WITHOUT duly interfering with that... At least I hope so.

Anyways... That's my life. :P

You do a better job of juggling that stuff than I would.
