I get my chocolate fix by mixing myself a cup of milk with a teaspoon of cocoa powder and cinnamon for breakfast =)
mmm, I may try adding cinnamon to my chocolate milk...

You should. I didn't realize it was that good. One teaspoon ground cinnamon, one teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder to a glass of milk.

Hmm testing 1. 2. 3.

There it is. It was hiding posts.

4, 5, 6...

Yeah, I was about to test it too, but you beat me by like 30 seconds.

Nice.

And how are you today?

Pretty good. Tired, but that is mosly my own fault. I know I should go to bed earlier... but...

I swear all chocolate cakes are better with nuts. Like hazelnuts =) Belated bdae celebration, so yeah I had quite some cake =)

Then it was like my inner Baker was analysing the cake and how it was made.

Vid,

No when I posted that it was mostly because yesterday was good for being paid.

As for Amazon and Optimus Prime...I think those things are separate.

I agree.

I'm fortunate that the heat dome thingie won't be in full effect today...but tomorrow and the rest of the weekend...UGH.

We're expecting heat indices to reach 110 degrees this weekend. I hope to not leave the house except to go from the front door to my girlfriend's air conditioned car then to the restaurant and back home.

As someone that works outside I can indeed confirm it is hot outside.

33 dead at Kyoto Animation Arson

I know it's hot out side, Captain. I've got dogs and I care for dogs. Where else would you take them?

That's horrible. No idea why someone would do something like that, but I suspect the reason why the fire was that devastating was because it was an old building that may not have the necessary fire safety features (multiple stairways so people can get out), sprinklers to slow fire(though wouldn't help very much with a gasoline fire), and at least a working fire alarm?

My aunts workplace caught fire, and they only found out when someone tried to go to the toilet and found thick smoke in the staircase. Fire alarm wasn't working. They were forced to take the lift out - that was the only staircase in the building.

Yeah, it's very sad for me. Kyoto Animation did some of my favorite shows. I know that a lot of people here on the forums watch anime, so I try to help keep others informed.

In other news, my garage has a vandalism problem. Today is the third time within two weeks that the gate arm has been trashed. I know the approximate time that this happens, so I'll try to catch them in the act.

Be careful and aim to take their pictures and call the cops. You aren't paid enough to get into a fight with them, correct?

Would you believe that you can get paid to climb up buildings?
Hell yeah, I'm signing up!

Right. My tablet has a camera.

Make sure the pics get saved directly to cloud storage if possible...just in case the tablet gets grabbed from you in an unfortunate incident. Obviously better if it doesn't happen at all, but people are...sigh...

My tablet won't connect to my new broadband hotspot. The place where I'll take the photos from is close to the breakroom, however. And it has a lock.

I consider it a win that I can get my appointment with my optometrist before the end of the month.

Also a win; sleeping.

I've been reading the Power mage series by ‎Brian McClellan. Super good Now I want to play a character based on it.

It took me a moment to realize you meant Powder Mage. It is a great series and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone interested in mixing magic with a bit more tech but not quite going fully modern or sci-fi.

Still need to finish a few things but my brain is mush

You can do eet!

I just wish my dogs would find a way to settle down when they feel like they haven't been outside enough.

Mostly because it's freaking HOT and feels like I'm in a broiler.

My dogs have realized it's hotter than hell outside and almost refuse to on walks until after dark.

Sadly I didn't have that luxury but at least NOW when it's 9 pm EST (well almost) they're completely calm.

So there's that.

The ones that get you are when you can read over soemthing several times and still not see it.

I never make typos.

Like your typing accuracy is 100% or you always see them and fix them?

Bah. Empathy is for suckers.

Ha wrong one!
