I also know how to ride a horse, but haven't done so for a very great while...

One of my friends has joined the cavalry element of a (British) Civil War re-enactment group, which I think is pretty good work. Wrong time for lances, but they do get broadswords.

Horses.

Pfft.

I ride a truly noble steed.

Haven't ridden a horse since...oh...2004? That was when I discovered someone had invented a mechanical contraption to replace animals as steeds...

Wait.

Nope, that wasn't me.

Yeah, but don’t you eventually get tired of only going up and down in front of the grocery store? Plus, so many quarters...

I'm not fond of horses. Unless I can eat them.

I agree horses are edible. There was this thing where the meatballs in IKEA had some horsemeat mixed in them.

I just wish I could eat food like I was 16 again.

Lots of it, and nothing would stick. Eating is just such a comfort.

Pass on cabbage unless it's Saint Patrick's Day.

Also I too wish I could eat like I could when I was 16...in fact I'd like a nice cloned 16 year old body so that I could at least stop aching so much. :P

Well all my nice time off has past. time to get back to work.

Ugh I don't know why people don't think. Lady comes in with a reservation made by her friend under her friends name. Friend isn't with her and the ladies name isn't attached to the reservation anywhere. Sigh what are people thinking? I have to have some way to verify that the room is the room your suppose to be in and your not just some person making a lucky guess.

Which parts are you aching? What did you do yesterday? You may be due for a YouTube yoga session.

Did 106 air squats in 2 min and I'm none worse for wear today.

I was tubby when I was 16. Ended up in the TAF(Trim and Fit) club. I ate too much fast food even back then. I've always been a big eater by Asian standards.

I dunno if I'm ready to yoga or even YouTube yoga... But the parts that hurt the most are parts where I had to do LOTS of walking. Of course now that I slept in today, I feel better. :P

I say if it works for a 21 km run it will work for a walk. Those postures are not meant to be challenging - it's more for recovery.

Now shoo!

Do it on a blanket if you don't have a yoga mat, ideally on the day you did your long walks/runs.

This was a weird day on the old LNFV.

No it wasn't.

You don't know!

Of course I don't. But I believe, and that's what matters.

I believe I can fly!

Sold out tonight I think the entire hotel of guests is currently muddling around in my lobby/breakfast area. Le sigh. Imma go hide in the back I think.

That is a beautiful idea. It really is.

Believe me, I've dreamed of doing it many times.

At least it is always in your back pocket for your last day.

So I was just thinking how awesome a super hero based on a mantis shrimp would be.

We've been fighting those in Ruins of Azlant lately. They really suck.

I absolutely love that Paizo added them to the bestiary.

The first one we faced nearly tpk'd us. Of course, it is a CR 9 and we were around 5th level at the time...

Yeah that was a pretty extreme choice by the DM. Did you guys do something to upset him?

As far as I know it was in the AP. It's possible that it had a template to reduce the CR, but I don't know.

I just indulged in 4 scoops of ice cream but again peanut butter ice cream is rather new to me, so I got carried away..
