It's a little thing, but I really don't like how the ability scores are aligned
STR DEX
CON INT
WIS CHA
I feel it should be ordered vertically so that all the physical stats are in a column and all the mental stats are in another column. Like this

DEX WIS
CON CHA

That's going to change! Jason admitted in the Friday live-show where he created a character that it would be more logical to have physical and mental set up like that on the sheet.
Perfect! Because this is the first thing that jumped out at me and my friends when we were filling out the character sheets.

Me too! Also SCORE (Modifier) makes more sense than MODIFIER (Score) to me but I get why they did that.

How about (score) MODIFIER?
Isn't CON before DEX in this edition for random reasons?
Are there still items that boost ability scores and enemy abilities that drop them?

Items: Yes, though they are very High level, only increase by Abilities by 2 or change the score up to an 18. They are Lv 14 items so you should not really be seeing them before around then. Spells that buff these abilities are gone however, so no cat's grace or owl's wisdom.
Enemy Abilties: No this is no longer the case. Some debuffs may give penalties in negatives to roles to things that involve that ability but the actual ability never gets lowered
