Every day. And Twice on Seventhday. I'm not sure about anyone coming of it though. Humans are freaks, but genetics is genetics.
Humanity's real superpower is to be the half in half-anything. It's rivaled only by dragons.
Yeah, Humans have canonically reproduced with Elves, Orcs, Vampires, Werebeasts, Hags, Deep Ones, and something like 21-22 different types of Outsiders (10 Fiends, 6 Celestials, 5 Genies, and maybe in some corner cases Proteans (Though supposedly Ganzi are more tainted by proximity)). Ysoki doesn't seem that unbelievable.

I'm more concerned about the lashunta illustrations.
It's a beautiful race retconned to be even more beautiful and idealized and Charismatic. And yet almost all of the lashunta in the illustrations look ugly and creepy. Some of them are so bad, I'd rather snuggle a shirren!

How are we anthropomorphized apes, when we are actual apes?
Apes with an Rh factor that can be traced to the Rhesus macaque.

I always thought humans had the racial trait Breed with Anything. :)
This is a thing that does bother me quite a bit since I'm a fan of anatomy. Yes I know, phrasing, but my point still stands. I like personified animals, but I wish more artists gave more attention to anatomical correctness like this. Seems like the ysoki were drawn each by a different artist. No seriously, when googling them, I thought some images were furry fan art they were so different.
Here are several ysoki images I'll now proceed to discuss like I'm some kind of petty nitpicker.
1) Image Looks pretty good to me. Proportions are right and they even have solid black eyes, which isn't seen too commonly on animal characters surprisingly. He has fur on his hands, but that's a rather minor nipick.
2) Image Head is large, giving them a mouse like appearance and it has plantigrade (human style) feet.
3) Image What do you know, the ysoki coming from the furry site has the best anatomy. (Phrasing, I know!)
4) Image If my fursona looked like that, I'd be depressed looking too.
5) Image Proportions are fine, but it bothers me (like in several other images) that the number of toes don't match the number of fingers.
6) Image Kill it with fi- no, not good enough. Break out the tachyon lances!
They looks fine to me, but maybe that’s David Petersen’s fault.
Image labeled as 1) has terrible boots. The leg is obviously digitigrade, but the boot bottoms looks more plantigrade with how long if is. I like these boots better for plantigrade feet.
Images 5 and 6 have four toes, which for digitigrade feet is not uncommon, as the fifth toe is often further back and closer to the heel (it is analagous to the thumb after all). Just look at a dog's foot.
However, rats are plantigrade walking on feet from heel to toes like a human. Also, rats have three toes sticking out front with a toe on either side further back, with the "thumb" toe being a little further back than the other.
So while I like the aesthetics of digitigrade better (which is the important metric of choice, right?), it is quite reasonable to assume that ratfolk would be plantigrade like humans.
Gait? What's this got to do with gait?
You guys seem to forget that the leifeld effect goes as follows. Insanely buff male, recognizable as males, with double ds.
Gait, as in how one walks or runs. I don't run heel-first, which makes most shoes uncomfortable, since they are optimized for doing so. Wiki link
Which has nothing to do with digitigrade vs plantigrade.
And it is kinda funny to think of heel first running as common. Never did that myself.
I don't care too much about anatomical "correctness," but it would be nice to have some Ysoki around who just wear... clothes, rather than various forms of armour and kit. I have a Dr. Who-slash-Harry Mudd-inspired Ysoki adventuring with my party and it's bloody impossible to find artwork I can pass off as him.
I don't know who did the artwork for Tuttle Blacktail but it's some of my favourite Ysoki art to date.

So with the 'We're just anthomorphicalized apes' comment: you know how we don't look anything like apes? Like red panda look more like great pandas than we look like apes. People have even made anthropomorphic ape races.
The problem is they always make them look like their base race but on two legs. Rats would probably have a smaller head to body ratio as they get larger and then the question is whether they'd retain their heavy fur. Humans lost their hair for a few possible reasons, like bugs and fleas would nest in it and it was combustible once fire was discovered. Would rats wearing clothing need fur? Would they shave it off? Would they go naked.
These are the important questions not asked with most anthropomorphic races.
^Humans did a good bit of their evolution in a hot climate (in Africa), so losing fur made sense. In a cold climate, keeping hair would make sense, but for humans who moved later to cold climates (in Europe and beyond), it was already too late -- and while mutations occur occasionally that make Humans hairy, they haven't caught on, probably due to social stigma, combined with the reduction of selection pressure by existing establishment of heavy clothing industry (but if a small population of people carrying one of these mutations got isolated on a cold island with limited resources, then such mutations could catch on).
Ysoki are my favorite example of what I like to call the Liefeld Effect. One picture in particular personifies this, IMHO...

What annoys me with a lot of anthropomorphic animals is when they just give them human leg/knee joints like that one Ysoki image that looks really depressed (the one WhiteWeasel had under 4). If I want to play an animal-like race, I don't want to play a human with fur/scales and an animal head; I want to play an animal-like race!
Posture is often annoying, too, sometimes having forward-slouching posture without a tail, making them look like cavemen, or having fully upright postures with heads that don't look quite right (like image 1 and 6).
And then we have D&D's Dragonborn, the scaly humans with dragon heads. Medium size, no tail, and human proportions, joints, and posture. Bunch of wannabe Kobolds...
They mystic star shaman on page 91 looks better than the Ysoki art in their racial entry on page 54 in my opinion. They apparently evolved on multiple planets so you could customize the appearance a bit if your group is okay with it.
It's your imagination. Imagine them looking however you like.

And yet we don't see any half-human shambling mounds. Damn dragons still have humanity beat in that regard.Being fair, the Outsiders really shouldn't count, since they can reproduce with *anything*.
It does lead to the amusing thought that humanity is some kind of ancient elder god creation that went wild, whose original intended purpose was as some kind of universal adapter. Able to breed with, and take on the properties, of anything, while rapidly reproducing to eventually overwhelm the original population.
Second place, but they try harder. Dragons have just been at it longer.
I'm not fond of the Ysoki, it's too much like Guardians of the Galaxy.. so much so that one person in my game group uses the nickname Trash Panda and wants to build his drone to look like an effin humanoid tree named...... wait for it... it's really creative...... yep, you guessed it: Groot.
