Cannot download PDFs

Hello,

I have recently purchased a PDF and cannot download it or any other download from My Downloads. Although, I can download any file from Free Downloads. This has been attempted using multiple browsers. No error message, but no popup, and the link jumps to the top of the page in both browsers (Chrome and Edge).

Running a game soon. Please help.

I too am unable to download anything. I tried downloading 3 or 4 different PDFs but keeps kicking me back to My Downloads.

At the risk of sounding like a copycat, I am also having this problem exactly as the OP described. Hope this gets fixed soon!

Same here, never had this problem before. They should fix this.


I can confirm this problem with a couple of files that I originally downloaded yesterday. I am guessing that nobody can download any non-free downloads at present.


I just bought three tonight. clicking on the links in the download section just jumps to the bottom of the links and stops. I have tried three different browsers and still not working

Just purchased some pdfs - the same problem here.
I get kicked back to the downloads page without any download-link opening.

I'm having trouble downloading some of my books. I'm hitting the download button and I'm not getting an external prompt to download. It just sits on the download page. Anyone else having this issue?

Throwing my hat in. I also can't download any of the three PDF's I purchased. Clicking the links just takes me back to the top of the page. It doesn't work on any browser, including both phone and home PC.

I also cannot download pdf files that I have paid for. I don't even reach the "Perzonalizing...please check back in 30 seconds" link. I tried from two computers, before I saw this thread and saw that many people are experiencing the same problem.

No doubt it's all the looming IT infrastructure changes. I'd like to volunteer as a guinea pig.

Add the Starfinder book into my downloads and I'll have a go at downloading it.

Maybe it's because they're finally going to roll out the Starfinder subscriptions?

(by the way, the note of impatience isn't about not being able to subscribe, it's about the fact they haven't even told us how the subscription(s) are going to work. It's annoying to not even know what I'll be able to afford.)

edit: I should make clear I'm speculating. All that has been announced is that they're still working on subscriptions.

Just a heads up... For the first time ever, I am unable to download any of my PDFs, including those I have downloaded previously using the same OS platform I have used for years. I use Safari. Hoping you all can resolve this soon...

Um, I'm not a Paizo employee, but has anyone had any luck trying to download directly from the product page? There's the Review, Product Discussion, and Downloads Tabs on each product page.

Might be a longshot but hope it will help some ^w^


Pretty sure that just takes you to a "subset" of your downloads anyhow.

It takes you to the downloads for that specific product, I sued it back when the site was really wonky and you couldn't search the messageboards or access the downloads page and it worked so hopefully it'll work again.

As of now, I still have the same issues as many others here have posted. And attempted identical troubleshooting techniques. Not complaining, just documented.

Looking through I found some other stuff and I'm fixing it up now. It looks like one of our watermarking servers was having some issues that I'm currently fixing. Hopefully will be at 100% in a few minutes.

1st of Agust 2019 and its still bad trying to download anything!!!!


This is a totally new situation -- the situation from 2+ years ago is long fixed. As best I can tell, the current situation is mostly high traffic. I did successfully download one item this afternoon.

Closing this thread out, as the original issue in question was resolved.

As David mentioned, PDFs should be downloading properly but we have had a lot of traffic today due to the launch of PF2, so there may be short periods of time where things are running a little more slowly.

If you are completely unable to download your PDFs, please open a new post and provide more detail regarding the issue and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. (Most of the company is at Gen Con.)
