UnArcaneElection Yes, the same Cleric. The problem isent he is too weak, I just think maybe Cleric isent for me.. Cleric seems quite good and useful, But.. I just isent feeling my current Cleric character in the RP or what I'm doing..

Conjoy I'v looked at Shaman but they dont seem very intresting to me, Sorry..

I have a bunch of classes I wanna try (Summoner, Alchemist, Slayer, Brawler, Barbarian, Cavalier, Maybe Oracle but not right after Cleric I dont think..) but.. I worry I'l make a character that will trample all over another players toes by doing what their character do, Or make one thats realy bad and will be useless... I worry too much..

I think a inquisitor might be what you are looking for. More skill points so you can get stealth and some other skills. I think you are comparing a 2+int class to the high skills which is where you fall short. With a inquisitor you will get a good handful of skills, some decent combat and while you might not be a great healer, with a wand of cure you can cover a bit

I'd recommend staying away from Wizard and Cleric until you're a bit more experienced since prepared casters are a bit challenging to play. You might want to steer clear of Druid, Shaman, and Witch for the same reason, although those three classes actually have options (Druid's wild shape, Shaman's and Witch's hexes) that will allow you to still contribute if the spells you prepared that day end up not being useful.

If you're looking to play a devoted caster, Sorcerer or Oracle would probably be the best choice. Oracle might be a better idea for your group so you have someone to heal injuries and status ailments.

For 2/3 casters, Inquisitor is a good choice - lots of damage potential and plenty of useful spell options. Warpriest and Magus are also good.

No matter what you pick, don't be afraid of overlapping with someone else's build. Obviously you don't want to blatantly try to outdo them in whatever they're trying to do, but having two characters who are good at the same thing never hurts.

I can say from experience that Alchemists are a ton of fun to play. If you plan on going with melee combat, I'd recommend taking a look at the Ragechemist archetype.

I worry a lot about trampling peoples toes and making a useless character.. But everyone in the party, And the GM, Tells me to not worry and just build what I wanna play even if it does stuff others do. I worry about retiering my cleric and leaving us without a tank and healer but they tell me to not worry..

I'm considering a Summoner, Using the Eidolon as damage dealer and tank.. Or a Alchemist focused on bombs and mutagen.. Both classes seem quite fun.

Merellin the players and GM seem like a good bunch telling you to play what you want. Follow their advice. You could end up making a powerful character or just as easily make a useless one. Most times you end up somewhere in between.
I can't give advice for a Summoner don't care for the class much. Alchemists on the other hand I do like. I have played two and had a blast with both. One advice I can give is consider the Hobgoblin for race. Favored class trait is a bomb every two levels. Very useful if you want to use your bombs. The fact they have no penalty to stats and dark vision is a plus in my book as well. Considering the whole party are of vastly different races means you are not the odd man out.

Well, I ponderd and talked to the GM and players, And.. I think I'l ake a Alchemist, The GM said he would help me roll up the character shortly. Thanks everyone ^_^

I think you should play a blaster based caster. New players usually seem to enjoy those.

I think the crux of the issue is that you already have 3 people contributing to combat through direct damage, so the natural assumption from people on here is to suggest you bring something which helps support those options.
So a Slayer, Brawler or Barbarian would compete with rather than synergise with the rest of the group.
Have you had a look at Skald - if you like Barbarian, then a Skald has some of the same mechanics, but with the addition of spell-casting and support. It can still use a wand of Cure Light for after battle heals, support the group with your spells, but also still be solid in terms of damage in your own right.
With a decent Charisma score, have a look at the Lesser Spirit Totem Rage power - with a Skald it will be working through each of your allies that are affected by your song.

I say play a class you are interested in. If it can not cast spell put ranks in Use Magic Device and get a wand of cure... that way you can be useful and try a class you want to play.

I have started making a Alchemist witht he help of the GM. We got together the basics, And i need to finish it up before saturday. Gonna read up on what an Alchemist needs and what is good. Then I shall ponder how he shall meet the party..

If you need help with your new character feel free to ask for it. Good luck!

Thanks, I'l see what I can figure out, And I might post a new topic asking for advice on the alchemist ^_^

Also worth noting the Ley Line Guardian Witch archetype, which gets rid of the squishy Familiar and replaces prepared spellcasting with spontaneous spellcasting. If you choose the right Patron (this is not traded out; Healing comes to mind), you can be pretty essentially a Cleric/Oracle replacement in terms of spell list. Ley Line Guardian also means that although you are delayed by 1 level in getting each level of spells after 1st, you get more spells per day of each level when you get them (same as Oracle and Sorcerer).
