Probably very little. The common tongue on Golarion is Taldane because Taldor dominated so much of the terrain and was a major economic and political power. I would expect undercommon to reflect a similar arrangement for deeper races and be based on the language of the most dominant culture.
also, it might have some things like alko mixed in.
Because there are ALOT of big, mean horrible things down there. Knowing how to say "there is an even tastier group over there" seems like a valuable life skill that mix into the common tongue.
In terms of power, the small minority of horrible monsters seems over represented, and ergo their words carry weight. It must be a common occurrence for a small undercommon community to get taken over by any random thing from the deep/between the stars.

Undercommon is derived primarily from elven via the Drow. It is similar to Common/Taldane in that elven was spread around by a dominant species, but differs in that it picked up a lot of new words from other groups and evolved into a separate language. The Drow actually still speak elven, but also learn undercommon to communicate with others.

According to the pfsrd, it's Cyclops.
Er, what?
Undercommon
Spoken By: Drow, duergar, morlocks, svirfneblin.
This language is derived from an ancient combination of Elven and even older tongues.

According to the Dungeoneer's Survival Guide (1st ed), Undercommon is a complex combination of clicks, sign language and hand gestures.
In an underground environment with lots of echoing acoustics that actually makes a fair amount of sense. Especially if most of it's inhabitants have the dark vision neccessary to read those gestures quite easily in the darkness.

I believe it's from the age old juvenile joke, older brothers everywhere inflict on younger siblings.
"What are you eating under there?"
"Under where?"
"Eww, you're eating underwear!"
*Fisticuffs ensue*
Huh. I get the underwear/under where pun, but I don't see the wordplay in undercommon/under common.

On the page linked, scroll down to Common, and then look at the language listed under it.
Common is listed above Cyclops. Or, alternatively, Cyclops is under Common.
Ba-dum-tish.

I usually find that the bad puns are the most fun.
