I am going to a wedding today! Sadly, it is outdoors, including the meal, and the weather is looking most Scottish at the moment

I got to get my tie right side out

There will be drinking after. I assume 200 of my relatives will be quite a rowdy crewe

My sister and my cousin have a very cool art shop/coffee house/inn starting up. If you find yourself in Cape Breton , you could do worse than staying there (or getting a coffee. They do the fancy stuff you can't get most places around here )

Sorry to hear of the bad con showing FHDM.

As for takoyaki ... I had thought we were going to the poutine restaurant so that is what I informed my ladybro was the plan. She was super enthused, as she confessed a deep love for poutine. Now, I don't know if she has a similar love for takoyaki, but I'd hate to disappoint her with a change of plans.

As for NYC, I'm thinking thusly:

Sunday:
Arrive
Wander about-maybe hit museum
Hit poutine restaurant and Burton bar
Monday:
Play tourist (IDK what y'all's work schedule is like, but we'd love company)
Temple of Dog show at MSG
Tuesday: Retreat to New England

What's the date again?
November 6-8. Sunday-Tuesday

I feared that was the case. I am probably out of commission on the 6th. Don't know for sure yet.

To be fair, it was 90 here yesterday, and 92 the day before, and I loved them both.

I hate you.

I also hate you because I realize if I tried to make an alias named Rysky's Wet Dreams the mods would have words with me.

This has been a more normal day at the con- although anything would look good after yesterday. It's going to be on Sunday to provide the real boost in sales to make this a success.

Because you're prisoners in New York Maximum Security Prison, waiting for Snake to rescue you before the other prisoners do horrible things to you......?

How's Colorado's restaurants?

I imagine just as good as New York, Aspen isn't that far from Denver.

It might get kind of barren outside the Rockies and Denver area, I'm not sure how Colorado Springs is.

Boulder's a college town so they gotta have some decent food and gastropubs.

Probably just as un-awesome as New York's when compared with New Orleans.

Maybe a little bit higher priced....get it? Bwahahahahahahahahaha...

Triggered the ME3 Citadel DLC for the first time tonight. It's a blast. I picked Wrex for the formal event because I had to see how Krogan black tie looks.

I love the part where you have to pick your two companions (as usual) but then some of the people you left out actually complain about not getting picked enough :) It's hilariously meta.

Kaidan: I wanted to come...
Javik: Fifty thousand years I have waited, and still I do not get picked.

Okay. Day 3 is underway. Let's sell some shirts.
I have developed an awful cough and my voice is raspy. Not the best for this front line person interaction but what choice do I have?

I picked Javik because of his long waiting room session.

And Traynor's toothbrush returned!

Yeah, very meta. The Cat6 grunts talking about slowing Shepard down because they're cannon fodder. "Well, s+*$."

Varren?

Ah. After checking I understand this sentence.
