Hello,

I just received a notification that my card has been charged for this shipment. However, the Spell cards were paid for using store credit but I'm being charged full price for the cards. The cards were put in the side cart to ship with my next subscription shipment from Order 30191965. Is there a way to rectify that? Are you not normally able to use store credit for side-carted items?

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. Sidecart items ship with subscriptions, so they're covered under the "use store credit for subscriptions" option in your account. It looks like that store credit was stuck on the order for your sidecart, so I have gone ahead and applied it to your order and processed a refund for you. Let me know if you have any other questions!
