Does anybody want to plan my wedding for me?
Two avowed procrastinators like John and I shouldn't be allowed to plan a lunch outing, let alone a wedding.
I had to google two words out of that sentence!
pro tipp: keep things simple and focus on whats important to YOU not whats expected by someone else

We gave everyone two weeks and told them if they wanted a wedding, they had to plan it, mostly because we were packing all our worldly possessions in our car so we could travel the west coast after we got married. Best two and a half month honeymoon ever! Saw everything then settled down in Seattle. :-)

aeglos wrote:ups, thats sport, sorry PatrickNo worries. Stating you watch the Olympics is fine. Getting into a rambling discussion with several other people about the finer points of curling or ribbon dancing? Not so much.
But what if we are discussing the unmistakeable fact that ribbon dancing produces patterns designed to open an eldritch portal allowing an ancient evil to destroy the world? Would that be OK?

I was JUST talking about the wedding with my wife this morning. I remain excited, although I didn't get anything via snail mail yet.

I would offer up my services, but (a) I doubt anyone would want a zombiepocalypse themed wedding, and (b) there seems to be a distinct shortage of midget jousters lately.

That will be rectified relatively soon.
Procrastinators and all that...

Little does Freehold DM know, but we've replaced all the Crystal Pepsi within a 50 mile radius of his home with the far more delicious Whedon Soda.

if it is made out of freshly squeezed Whedon, then it's all good.

{jots notes about Freehold as the protagonist in an anime mashup between Death Note and that one TZ episode}

That depends entirely on which part is being squeezed.....

So, Aberzombie... I know you saw my bacon-garnished cocktail from Bar Bacon. Would that be sufficient reason to temporarily lift your ban on going to New York?
Since I don't drink cocktails, probably not. I'm mostly a beer and mead kind of guy. Especially when it's home brewed.....
Not to mention, there's always a good rauchbier, which pretty much tastes like liquid bacon. I can find those many places.

True, but the great thing about...anywhere else....is that it's not New York.
