Sure, but that's mostly misprints and stuff like that. What stands out about these erretas are that they tinker with the published materials instead of cleaning up misprints and errors and make sure the rulestext still line up fairly closely with the designer's intent after the editors have taken an axe to it.
Sometimes it's okay, as in the case with that divine grace feat from ACG that really shouldn't have been printed in the first place. Other times it just messes things up that were fine, like with the SWD witch, which was supposed to be an archetype that gave orcs half-decent casters. With this erreta, it makes orcs really, really sucky Scarred Witch Doctors, as they have -4 to intelligence.
But the whole thing is annoying, because it means that you can't trust that the text in the books represent something close to what the rules actually are.

The alternative, less stylish method is taking extra discorery: Extra arm/tentacle, and use that limb for reloading. Pretty creepy, and not as stylish, but it works 100%.
The lightning swap is extremely cool though, as it lets you end all rounds holstering your revolvers. Very western.
In other news, I've now filled two spellbooks. Once I get done with my free spells, (they should fill about two spellbooks and a bit's worth of pages) I'll start on the blessed book. Lesigh. Filling a spellbook all at once takes work. I'm much more used to doing it across the scope of a campaign.

Also, just in case I came off unclear, psioncs are out. However, many of the occult adventure classes are in. I've always wanted to see a kineticist in action.
Another note- this campaign was made by me, at the request of my old gaming group, to be 'deadly' as such, many fights will be difficult. I might pull a punch in the selected parties first combat, but after that, its the PCs world, and only they can save it. The gods, aside from giving powers, have slowly lost their ability to directly interfere with the world. Though sometimes they can provide items or great power, (for good or for ill). While it is a one-shot, its nearing the end of the campaign, and so fights will be rather dangerous.

In most cases, wizards charge a fee for the privilege of copying spells from their spellbooks. This fee is usually equal to half the cost to write the spell into a spellbook (see Writing a New Spell into a Spellbook). Rare and unique spells might cost significantly more.
When you say 'fee', you mean the material cost, right? So costs would look like this

I want to make a Throw/TWF switch hitter.
Right now I have a stance that allows me to chuck phantom daggers at people that are copies of my real ones.
The trouble with this option is that it's not a particularly useful stance outside of this very narrow utility.
So, that leaves me with the blinkback belt option.
Trouble with that? No physical ability belt. So overall less damage, hp, etc. on everything.

You know you can create a belt with multiple abilities, right? (Or more likely, have it made).
Adding New Abilities
Sometimes, lack of funds or time make it impossible for a magic item crafter to create the desired item from scratch. Fortunately, it is possible to enhance or build upon an existing magic item. Only time, gold, and the various prerequisites required of the new ability to be added to the magic item restrict the type of additional powers one can place.
The cost to add additional abilities to an item is the same as if the item was not magical, less the value of the original item. Thus, a +1 longsword can be made into a +2 vorpal longsword, with the cost to create it being equal to that of a +2 vorpal sword minus the cost of a +1 longsword.
If the item is one that occupies a specific place on a character's body, the cost of adding any additional ability to that item increases by 50%. For example, if a character adds the power to confer invisibility to her ring of protection 2, the cost of adding this ability is the same as for creating a ring of invisibility multiplied by 1.5.
So, if you had a Belt of Physical Perfetion +4 (64000 gp), taking it into a crafter and having them add on a Blinkbelt enchantment would cost you all of 7500 gp. Easy-peasy.
Edit: Thinking of which, could actually work for me and my holstering guns issue too, depending on whether the GM allows a dropped weapon to be considered the same as a thrown one.

Did you see my question about crafting? Witch Doctors get the ability to add abilities to their mask. Am I limited to only head slot items or can I get other items too? For example a headband? Does it cost any extra to "change" the slot? If so, how much? Obviously if I want two items the second one costs 50% more.
My character will be a Scarred Witch Doctor//Rage Prophet, not sorcerer on the other side.

The Kineticist gains a Infusion at level 13. At that time the highest level infusion he can take is 6 (level / 2 round down).
For fire kineticists there is only one:

Normally he could take it at level 17 (which is never for this case).
Or...If my character refrained from taking the infusion at level 13... and "held" his selection until level 14... he could take the Explosion infusion then.

Nestled safely near the northern part of the Belthouse empire Berry’s village has mostly gone on with their day to day activities largely ignorant of the troubles to the south.
As word trickled in that the empire was being crushed and annihilated under the demonic onslaught Berry and her husband considered that it would be in their best interest to help in any way they can. Besides it may do the village some good to fend for itself for a while.
So in the intervening months Berry and Buffel joined the empire’s army as scouts and skirmishers harassing the enemy and bringing back vital intel to their commanders.
For a time it was good fun despite the huge number of losses the empire was facing. As a team they were relatively unstoppable and served with great distinction despite their race and occupation.
That is until they were caught.
Demons are not known for mercy. They tortured the couple for days until they decided to amuse themselves by releasing them to hunt for sport.
Buffel gave his life so that Berry could escape. But, he did not separate from her. Not fully.
Berry had always been somewhat psychically sensitive. Even as a child she had numerous “imaginary” friends. In truth these were manifestations and visions of psychic activity. Over time she learned to suppress these images from her mind and live a normal life. Other than being an odd child none could suspect what she really was.
When her husband came back from the dead, the visions, and their meaning came with him.
He returned to her as a vicious spirit of hate. Carrying only a shred of the love, affection, and joy he held in life the tortured spirit was only interested in destroying all of those who harmed him in life and anyone associated with them. A stretched out faceless figure Buffel is frightening to look at.
But he opened her mind back to those strange magics and possibilities awakening her to the undercurrent power of the world. She learned that using this power required concentration and great acts of will but through it she can make her husband take solid form so he could satisfy his blood thirst, or to perform feats of magic that for many would take years to accomplish.
Ever since Berry has turned her skills and new found power towards a more direct and dark part of the war; assassination.
To date she has managed to eliminate over a dozen demonic commanders through magic, blade, and subterfuge. No longer a scout but a precise killing weapon it’s difficult to think the rosy cheeked and diminutive Halfling houses a black and terrible killing power. Largely kept a secret by the empire to ensure her protection she has become a valuable asset in these desperate times.
Berry is largely ignorant of nations outside of Belthouse. She only remembers them in stereotypes. Razmeria is bad, Aloran is backwards, and the other nations were simple racial caricatures. This has not changed much since she has not left Belthouse once in her life. Though given the circumstances she may find herself on an entirely different front if it means ending the war.
Her own personal drive is to put her husbands spirit to rest. Something she knows to be impossible so long as the war is on-going. She is well aware that her death would mean his release and without her to serve as his anchor to humanity he will easily slip fully into his hate and become little more than a haunt or worse.

I never noticed this archetype before (as I often don't keep too close an eye on third party stuff); however, it is pretty interesting, and thematically fits my submission very closely. (I can see him taking perverse pleasure in constantly causing spellcasters to mess up, as he considers magic a dead-end and semi-obsolete pursuit. So, I'm wondering if it would be allowed in this game.
Of course, it does require giving up a large number of really good abilities (including two feats that I'm pretty sure I can't spare), so even if it is available, I might not actually want to take it, but I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask before getting too far into crunching the numbers.

I've worked through about 5 character ideas, but I think I've decided to submit a Razerian human planes-traveling wizard gestalted with a martial character (probably ranger) who specializes in hunting/fighting demons.
He will have left his homeland some time back (possibly around the time of the rebellion) because of dissatisfaction with the current social order.
He recently learned that a demon whom he considers to be his arch-nemesis is loose upon the world of his birth and he has returned for a showdown.

Oh, ho-ho, it's such a long story! But full of heroism and conquer. Timm was already fighting the trolls barehanded for hours, when one of the dozens of prisoners he freed screamed to him that they would keep regenerating and standing, unless he could burn them.
Tones was on the dark and surrounded, having only a single coin in his ragged pants. He took the coin, making it shine against his perfectly toned chest, and for each troll he would drop, he used the friction of the metal against their crudely polished claws to ignite fire and burn them. It was such a beautiful scene! Timm still has a small burning scar in the format of an arrow in his left cheek.

Its cool switched to Human, playing up the angel theme though, like a chosen of Ragathiel sent to settle this war. Working on backstory now.

Tyrlandriel was born in the great north Kingdom of Aloran to the royal family. Her father was a wise and just king, her mother was patient and strong. The mystics had foreseen the undead horde, but Aloran was noble and proud. Their warlike nature bread arrogance, and for this they would fall. They had little faith in aid of the other kingdoms, nor thought they were in need. Tyrlandriel was nothing but an after thought of her father. She was first born, but was female so could not inherit. As a young girl her brother was born. By this time she had started her training as a shield maiden under her mother. She loved her younger brother and was happy for her family. As the years passed the threat of invasion was ever looming.
Her mother had trained her as well as she could, but the girl had surpassed her in ability. It was then when she was visited in her sleep. She was shown a vision. She was to travel into the mountains. She was to sit and pray for three days and three nights. Visions were strong among the people of the north and not even a princess should ignore such omens. Her father busy with war preparation knew nothing of this. Her mother sent a small guard with Tyrlandriel and she set out. On the morning of the fourth day a giant dog with shining silvery fur appeared. The large mastiff shifted. A hound archon? Tyrlandrilel thought. Only she understood it's celestial tongue. She took its hand and vanished a moment later. The guard not knowing what happened returned with the unfortunate news. Or they would have if it were not for the undead falling upon the land this day.
Tyrlandriel found herself at the base of a mountain now. A great and majestic fortress looms in front of her. The Mastiff now a dog again walked slowly toward the fortress. As the girl followed a fiery crimson flash fell from the sky. The angelic being was nearly twenty feet tall. The girl continues to approach. As she did the angel stepped toward her. As she started to speak the angel stopped her and asked her to sit. A moment later a globe appeared. In this globe the angel showed her the fall of Aloran. Her father laying dead on the field among thousands of other bodies. Her mother torn apart and dead in the escape tunnel, but nothing of her younger brother. Why? Why would you show me this? What kind of monster are you? She cried out. I show you only what has come to pass. Even now not knowing if what I have shown you is true a wrathful vengeance builds in you. You can not save them, but I will give you the blessings and tools to save others if you so choose. I will teach you to use your wrath as a tool. You will be the salvation of the coming tide. There is a demonic army to the south of Azalia. My battles are not in your world, but if left unchecked I fear for unbalance. Tyrlandriel now weeping. What would you have me do. Send me back to my parents this is a lie. They are dead girl. Accept this. Let the wrath consume you. With my aid you will be purified in it. You will make it a tool. I have seen greatness in you. Accept my aid and you will have vengeance. Why me? What can I do? Her weeping now screams of agony. Take my hand. The pain will not end, but you will have control of it. You will also be filled with a bit of divine power to help you in your quest. Moments passed as her tear filled eyes looked at the large hand. She sobbed and wiped away her last tear before taking his hand.
Now back she stands in a field. She looks on to the city in the distance. She feels the anger and wrath inside as the realization comes, but it does not consume her. She feels stronger because of it. How long have I been gone from here? A few years had passed since she was gone, but she had not aged. She in her heart now new the angelic figure, and it was to he in which she prayed. The city ahead was full of refuges much like her. She did what she could be soon took on as apprentice at a smithy. She proved to be plenty strong and with weapons and armor at a high demand the help was needed. Through work and the small jobs of helping those here and there with her new skills she started to amass a bit of wealth. She used this to forge her sword and armor. Now she was ready to join the war. So many, humans of different nations, dwarves, elves. All so different but now all fighting for survival. I will have my vengeance, and from it a better life will be forged for all.
It was on the field of battle her reputation was forged. Small feats at first. The day she took the mantle of Angel of Wrath was glorious. The battle line seemed set. The mixed races standing against an army of dretches and cultist. As the lines marched toward one another Tyrlandriel touched Kasriel her companion. The great cat grew to the size fo a small house and bounded upon the enemy line. Dretch and cultist body alike were torn and thrown about. In the throws of battle she heard a cry out from behind. Two Glabrezu had teleported to the rear flank. The cry was just in time. One of the beast charged. It was heading for the commander. Fortunate for him he was close. With a flash her mighty wings sprung her by the beast bore down on her but took two quick slashes from her sword. It almost tripped over the angelic human rushing in front of it. Its large pincer deflected harmlessly off her shield. The other too now saw the threat and came at her, but her defenses proved to be too good for it. A few moments later in a flurry of sword, shield, Maw, and Claw the two demons lay at her feat. The army had easily pressed back the cultist with the aid of the huge cat. The commander approached the towering girl. "Are you some angel of wrath? As he spoke the words the army heard them and cried out. ANGEL OF WRATH, ANGEL OF WRATH. She lowered her head and spoke no words before taking to the air. The huge cat bounding after her across the land. And so the legend was born.
Now she moves from battle field to battle field lending her aid and destroying the demons that stand before her. She seeks to see the land win back its freedom. Hoping they realize they are a stronger people as one. Her goal is to take the fight to the undead host and claim her vengeance on what they did to her family and beloved kingdom, but now she finds her self in one of the last great coastal cities, and a new battle is looming.
