John mentioned in another thread that they were beginning the process of getting the scenarios released to the appropriate GM's. So people should probably have their scenarios in a week or two. If you have anybody local that went to Gencon, they have been given the green light to run the scenarios, provided they now meet the requirements to run.

John Compton wrote:Yes, Bonekeep 2 is now a 4-star exclusive. Can it still be run by non-4-star VO's? Does it still have to be run at a convention or could it be run at a store or home game?
4 star exclusive is just that .... it can now be run by any of the Following
4 star GM
5 star GM
Venture Lieutenant
Venture captain
Let the bodies hit the floor
examples of previous 4 star exclusives are
Midnight mauler in Season 2
Cyphermage delima in season 3
Day of the Demon in season 4
Bonekeep level 1 in season 5

Not true actually. Serpents Rise is 4*/5* only and True Dragons of Absalom is 5* only (Can't VO out of either of those).
I would imagine that Bonekeep 2 will follow the footsteps of Bonekeep 1 and can be run by VOs.

Andrew please reread the conversation I was not referring to true dragon's or serpents rise ....I was only referring to what John said about bonekeep 2 being a 4 star exclusive
What I said is 100% acurate as it pertains to the standard
True dragon's and serpents rise are the exception

So, it's kind of confusing what scenarios can be run where, and by whom. Here is a list of scenarios that have restricted access:
These scenarios can be run by any 4-star or 5-star GM or a Venture-Officer at any time. They also can be run by anybody at a convention where all Bonekeeps are approved to be scheduled:
Bonekeep Level 1: The Silent Grave (Levels 3-7)
Bonekeep Level 2: Maze to the Mind Slave (Levels 3-7)This scenario can be run by anybody, but ONLY at a convention where all Bonekeeps are approved to be scheduled:
Bonekeep Level 3: The Wakening Tomb (Levels 5-9) (No product page available)This scenario can be run anywhere but only by 4-star and 5-star GMs (and ONLY them...Venture-Officers only can run it if they meet this requirement):
#6-98: Serpent's Rise (Levels 7 Special Pregens Only)This scenario can be run anywhere but only by 5-star GMs (and ONLY them...Venture-Officers only can run it if they meet this requirement):
#6-99: True Dragons of Absalom (Level 4 Special Pregens Only)These scenarios can be run anywhere, but only if there are enough tables put together that are playing the scenario simultaneously. These are categorized by how many tables they need to be run:
3 tables
#2-SP: Year of the Shadow Lodge (Levels 1-11)4 tables
#4-SP: Race for the Runecarved Key (Levels - All)5 tables
#3-SP: Blood Under Absalom (Levels 1-11)
#5-SP: Siege of the Diamond City (Levels 1-15)
#6-00: Legacy of the Stonelords (Levels 1-11)
#6-97: Siege of Serpents (Levels 1-11)
#7-00: The Sky Key Solution (Levels 1-11)Note: For purposes of how many tables ran for the special, you can have both Standard and Core tables add together. For example, if you had 3 Standard tables and 1 Core table for Race for the Runecarved Key, that would qualify as the 4 total tables you need to run the scenario.

Ah, I see the confusion.
Like its predecessor (Ruins of Bonekeep, Part 1), Ruins of Bonekeep, Part 2 is something that both 4-star GMs and venture-officers can run outside of conventions. When Bonekeep 3 is made available beyond conventions, I anticipate it will also be available to venture-officers of all levels.
Serpents Rise is limited to 4- and 5-star GMs only (regardless of VO status).
True Dragons of Absalom is limited to 5-star GMs only (regardless of VO status).

I have received 6-98 Serpent's Rise, but NOT 6-99 True Dragons of Absalom yet. When I tried to to download Serpents Rise the page started crashing... Kill the goblins in the interwebs!
Edit: I cannot download anything from my assets on the page.
I just downloaded 6-98 with no problem. Maybe restart your browser?

I just hit my 4th star last week. I'm not planning on running any of the above anytime soon (so no urgency), but was looking to run Serpents Rise in a month or so.
How will these scenarios show up for me? Will the scenarios just appear in My Downloads eventually (maybe during a monthly update), or do I need to request them or take some other action?
Thanks.

Typically, you need to send an email to the Campaign Coordinator when you first get to 4 stars, to make sure it pings their radar to add you to the distribution list, and kick the current exclusives into your downloads page.
Right now, I believe that would be John Compton, and that procedure was how Mike was handling it, so I don't know if there are any changes in it at present, or projected under the person.
Edit: And congrats on reaching that 4th star. Welcome to the 4 star conga line.

Well, nobody ever informed me of any of that, so looks like I won't be running that special for a few months after all... Brb, e-mailing now.

Did you get the new set into your downloads yet? I sent an e-mail to customer service last week, which was another route I was directed towards and haven't received anything yet, but only saw 5 stars confirming that they had them. Thus, I wasn't sure if they hadn't gotten through 4 stars or just hadn't gotten to mine. Don't want to bother John if I don't have to, but will need at least Serpent's Rise pretty soon for the PbP Gameday.

I didn't email anyone and it took about 3 months for Bonekeep 1 was downloaded, so there is some check going on, but if you want it faster then emailing would be best. I would try John Compton since he is filling in where he can until a new campaign coordinator is hired.
I had e-mailed Customer Service and was successful in getting Bonekeep 2 and Serpent's Rise this evening after about a week. Strangely didn't get Bonekeep 1.

Oups, I ran 6-99 at our Mini Con thinking being a VC enabled me to do it even at 4*...

John,
Does running Serpents Rise or True Dragons at a convention supersede the star requirement? Thanks!

Answering for John since it's been covered before: No. GenCon was a special circumstance to hit the "Run four specials" encouragement from GenCon.
