Was there supposed to be a promo card with this newest pack?

Check inside the deck box, that is where they usually put it. If it got missed for you somehow, contact customer service and they will send you one.


Yeah, I was surprised. I checked the deck box, the box it came in, and even checked in all of the cards inside the wrappers, and didn't see it. I'll have to give customer service a call tomorrow. -_-

I also did not get the promo card. It shows on my subscription order, but did not arrive in the packaging at all.

Got my box today only to find mine missing as well. Posted on service board.


Huh. Sounds like a case of decks got mis-shelved by the pack-in team, or something.

So apparently I wasn't the only one. =)


Sounds like a systemic issue perhaps. Maybe they stick promos into a big stack of decks and then use that stack to fill orders rather than doing while packing each individual order. Maybe the stacks got mixed up and one that hadn't yet be "prepped" got used to fulfill orders.

Well, accidents happen. And as we can all see, they will clearly remedy the mistake, just as you'd expect them to. They are good like that.


For the record, I did receive the promo. Paizo customer service is great, though, so I'm sure they'll get it to you.


I didn't get my promo card either.

Hey folks, yes, your subscription copies of Deck 2 should have contained Sweet Dragon Costume. I've directed my CS team to go through this thread and set up those of you who missed your promo card with a replacement. If you ever find yourself missing promo cards (and its not in the deck box), please make sure to post in the Customer Service forums, email or call us.
