Lol, good luck with that, I doubt a familiar could do that.

Milani guide my arm Pyros thinks, drawing his sword. While no words echo in his mind, he feels a sudden surety that he has been heard. As he pushes into the water, he feels the blade surge with power, and it begins to shine. As he reaches the first kobold, he swings his blade.

LOL In this case, I would hope so ... but let me know what I'm missing :)

Seems to me like a CR1 Small Elemental which can become a 20' tall whirlwind/vortex should be able to knock down a CR.25 kobald, or at least harass it pretty well. But if it isn't going to be able to act as a small elemental, I will retrain the feats at some point.

Sovereign Court

Tartuccio is not CR 1/4, he is CR 10.

In my head, I was probably thinking physics is physics and a 20' whirlwind should knockdown/knockback the mass of a common kobald ... but this isn't neccesarily that ;)

Immediately, all of the gnomes rush to the wagon which looks to be in danger of tipping over and being washed downrtiver. Stregnth?: 1d20 ⇒ 17

Several things are apparent. First, you need something to help keep the wagon from being dragged off by the river, right now it is taking all efforts just to prevent that. Second, finding the other two horses would be of great benefit in pulling the wagon out. Finally, there is a large boulder that has the wagon wheel jammed, something must be done to remove it.

Ekun solved the problem of the two remaining horses, havinfg successfully calmed them down, making it easier to keep the wagon from being pulled downriver.

Faerin, you quickly find the other two horses on the other side of the ford near where Tartuccio disappeared.

Octavia, A lever of some kinfd would go a long way to help pry up the rock and let you use the force of the river to move it. Also, you think it would be a good idea to use ropes to secure the wagon to some trees on the bank.

You find plenty of rope, and witht he aid of the gnom,es, secure the wagon. This frees up most of you to work on the problem.

You also find a crowbar, but only two people can get to the boulder. Pick two of you. The way I do cooperative rolls is that both PCs make the roll (in this case, STR w/ a +2 for the crowbar), and then whoever rolls the highest is the primary and the others are assist rolls. You can also wait for Faerin to bring back the other two horses if she calms them down.
