What Do You Name a Tumor Familiar? Ralph?

I'm trying to figure out names for this new familiar for my goblin alchemist. Funny names are perfectly fine!

Since it's a Goblin (and probably kind of twisted), give it the name of his mother/ dad or any significant person in is life.
