My last dwarf character was named Low Pan, and in my current campaign Dwarfish and Halfling share a script. Called Shorthand.

Another very old one was a character in Shogun called Wazit Tooya.

As in "what is your name?"

A friend of mine used an online name generator to get a name for his last barbarian . . .
He got "Gunnar Rayne."
