Ok. Mainly what I am thinking is a dwarf guntank named Strax (still trying to read through rifts wiki. My tech seems to hate the sight -_-) unless I find something else that better resembles what I am thinking.
Few questions as I pour through rifts.
Do I build up the character from pathfinder rules? Only? Do I add anything from other sources?

D20 future and Modern are good sources of skills. Those two are approved for use. Pathfinder Modern -- if you are willing to follow the link -- supercedes those two.
But mainly, most of the classes can come from Pathfinder, and we can convert the rest over private messaging. If you want to play a saloon bum (which, I think, is an archetype of bard) we can cook up an archetype out of the O.O.C. as an example. A saloon wench is different, of course.

Just a thought: the Psi-Stalker could be represented by someone with a By Touch Level Draining ability (only effective against Outsiders and the Undead).
