I've recently lost two players from my ongoing random Dungeon Expidition
Its "A" Dungeon
We’ve lost a Fighter and a Cleric
The Party consists of a Rogue, a Fighter, a Monk, and a Wizard
I would like to try and recruit a new Cleric, and any other character that might be interested in joining this game
Some details: Characters should be of Good alignment, be constructed with a 24 point build (please do not reduce any ability score to less than 8 after application of Racial Modifiers) and should have Max hp at first level
The character should be 2nd level, and have 600 gp worth of gear.
Allowable Races are
Dwarf
Half-Elf
Halfling
Human
Elf
Gnome
Half-orc
Alternative Races can be considered

I prefer Butcher, as in I butcher meat. I might dabble in other things, like picking locks and disabling stuff.

curious though why a 24 point build instead of 25.
I would put something together but I Just started to DM a game and want to see how much of my time will be needed for that first.
Guess I'll get started statting up that cleric. Are we still doing the no ability score below 12 rule, or has that gone out the window? Oh, and we are sticking to the classes from the CRB, right?
Yes, strict class choices, for this one, and I dropped the lowest stat to 8, for this recruitment to try and sway someone to take a look, so that rule applies to a second character, if you want to try and swing one, but gosh darn it, I hate putting that kind of pressure on a player. Wish that you could just be responsible for one, you know, but thanks.
well im interested i can build a fighter for this game. i do however already have a barbarian build whole has pretty cool flavor. a halfling barbarian with the titan mauler archtype. but more than playing a particular character i want to do a pbp again. so please take me into consideration.
so if the fighter class is still available id be willing to fill that role. i just need to know if you guys want damage fighter or tank-esk.

I built the game initially with the requirement that it be limited to four player characters, a Fighter, a Cleric, a Rogue, and a Wizard.
It expanded to include a second Fighter, and a Monk (making 6 characters)
We've just lost one Fighter, and our Cleric (and our other Fighter, a Dwarf, seems to be missing, but has not officially dropped from the game)
So, a Fighter is prefered, but a Barbarian would be accepted.

Put Ballar together in a bit of a rush. I see him coming from rich parents so he's a little over the gear value. Let me know if there is any part of his build you don't like

I see what you mean. To be honest, I miss the good old fashioned hack and slash adventuring. I like! I may have to change Ballar's avatar to get with the spirit...that is if you don't mind a non religious cleric joining your ranks :)
We have a dwarven fighter who doesn't like football and an elven dork..i mean wizard, who likes ice dancing better...or something.
Any ideas how Ballar could join with the party? You're in, what looks like the middle of a dungeon with no visible exits. Perhaps Ballar, separated from his own party and lost in this place for days, can appear around the corner having followed the sounds of battle.
I think that he can join the battle taking place right now, and that he was separated from his party (feel free to "create" any number of adventurers that you can talk about in passing, that were once part of your group).
You are on the third level of the Dungeon.
Would you like some help choosing a Deity? You may select any of the Common Dwarven or other Pantheons of Golarion, if that helps.

Fitominia,the Dwarven goddess of Football (she is represented in art as the most beautiful Dwarven Cheerleader imaginable). She is the patron goddess of Football fans in every kingdom of the world.
Actually, I designed Ballar without a deity on purpose in order to take advantage of being free to pick domains. He does have a philosophy in mind, but it may be a bit too serious. I think I can work in Fitominia though, just have to change his weapon :)

We found a Cleric, but if you would like to join this game, and understand the nature of it, another fighter type would be welcome.
Multi-classing allowed?
Any core or base class? I can be a fighter+something.
Gun rules? I may multi-class as gunslinger or just take an exotic weapon proficiency guns as a feat.
And where does this game take place, forums, chat channel, etc?

Gm Blood with Durgen Grimhelm. A Dwarf fighter that follows Kersplat, God of hitting things hard with a hammer.
One thing of note is I gave him an Earthbreaker which is technically not in Core but I wanted a large hammer which seemed to fit the bill. I understand if you want me to change it to something else.

Well I think you are ready to join the game, and I'll leave it up to you if you want to join now (a strange sort of encounter is underway) or wait until that is resolved, but before you decide you can pop into the discussion thread and introduce yourself.
Is it acceptable to use the "you were seperated from your party, and stumbled upon this group" narrative device?
Can I join gameplay thread by getting separated from our party who was looking for Geoff Groundpounder (Hall of Fame committee, the suspension was bogus...he was set up!) with a big #1 foam finger? (Or suitable material).
that seems reasonable, but please take note that another dwarf in the party has a grudge against him, I do not mind characters getting on each other's nerves, but I would not like to see players become irritated with each other.
