Since one of his more recent appearances was as Gideon Malick....

That was a really cool finale to a pretty damned good season.
Loved all the Ghost Rider action. The spirit's take down of Aida was pretty f+&*ing cool. I really like this version of the character, and hope they use him some more. I'd love to see Robbie on Netflix.
I'm wondering what that little exchange between Robbie and Phil was about, why Ghost Rider agreed to jump over to Phil for awhile (which was f$!%ing kick ass, by the way).
I was sad to see Mack lose Hope again, but glad to see he seemed to adjust pretty well to the loss, realizing the years he had experienced in the Framework were kind of a gift. I'm glad he made it.
Radcliffe's end was pretty cool.
I'm glad Talbot is still alive.
That ending was really weird. I was kind of hoping for maybe a cameo from Fury, or maybe Ross or Stark. What looked to be Coulson on a ship really threw me for a loop. I look forward to seeing where they'll go next season.
All in all, very satifying and entertaining.

One other thought, on seeing Ivanov controlling multiple artificial bodies.....
Either way, I hope we see more of him. Zach McGowan is too good of an actor to not make use of.

Green,
I'm pretty confident Fox will cancel it. Mostly because people like it.
So hopefully more Bobbi.
As for Season 5 going to Fridays...GAH!!!
But yeah Inhumans doesn't look too promising since I saw how they dressed/did the makeup work on Medusa.
A-zombie,
I'm semi-convinced they're putting Agents in Space to go to SWORD. But I could be wrong.
Also I do think we'll see more of Ivanov as Machinesmith. He does have that vibe.

I am the only one disappointed that we have gone three whole seasons without ever seeing Ian Quin or his gravitonium?
I had forgotten all about that dude. Now that you have reminded us, I shall henceforth share in your disappointment. He was a good villain. I'd love to see him brought back as maybe the head of AIM.

Yes, and it would be just as cool if they went in that direction. However, the way he was controlling multiple bodies reminded me of Machine Smith, and that would be equally cool.
Basically, I just want to see them keep the actor around. That dude is pretty cool.

Agents in space/SWORD would work well with a delayed start next season. The season would start after Thor: Ragnarok and end just as Avengers Infinity War hits theaters.
I'm assuming that Thor will set up some strong cosmic/space connections to the rest of the MCU and Agents could pick up on that and end leading up to Avengers, similar to the Age of Ultron picking up with wiping out traditional Hydra.

Ed,
Yes. Yes you should.
Joel,
SWORD is my gut feeling. I still don't like they're putting next season as a mid-season thing. Mostly because I don't think Inhumans can pull it off as a TV show. (I base THAT on the images but we'll see.)
Machinesmith, MODOK, we need better villains. Especially since we've had a couple one offs like Graviton.
Yes I agree. We need more Graviton AND more AIM.

Thomas, regardless of how good Inhumans does, it won't get cancelled. It's an 8 or 10 episode limited series, and likely sets up a phase 4 Inhumans movie, so I think we'll get it no matter if it's good or bad, and AoS won't start until late November based on that timing.
Also, I read that for Medusa, they'll be doing her hair CGI so what you've seen in the photos doesn't represent what will be on screen.

I missed it. :( But I blame Dish Network and staying far from home for that.
Also I keep wondering if this will tie into Thanos or not...
just pop over to Newsarama web site, they should still have the video in their Film & TV section
as for tie ins. Maybe

Well, that seems... inaccurate.
____
Watched the new two parter. I was with it until the last few minutes of the first half, and then checked out.
Look, I enjoyed this show for the world building around the Marvel movies. Just like the Matrix Hiatus last season, this pretty much kicks it in a sensitive place, and lasting or meaningful impacts are pretty much minimized.
The new characters feel like caricatures, and there are enough plot holes to drive a wrecked school bus through. The theory they came up with while rushing about would have been a far more interesting story point, and could have easily used the same sets and actors.

Causality issue. Quake hasn't blown up the world. Quake blew up the world. So therefore she has to go back to the present to do it.
The Kree have ridiculously advanced tech. The only reason for all this is for amusement. Which is a waste of units. (Something the humans don't use on this ship/station). More Inhuman genetic experiments? Payback for Major Danvers' actions in the 90s?
Anyone notice that the repurposed ground installation hasn't been shown clearly from outside?
Deadmanwalking |
Well, I liked it. The characters' reactions were what sold the premise for me. These people have seen some shit, and are seriously tired of this kinda thing. Also, very confident in their own abilities to get them out of this.
Also, the 'Quake blew up the world' thing is the theory of one guy, based on scrounged and incomplete records, and not the most unbiased guy around, either. So I'd take that with a grain of salt.

Or is the end of the world the result of trying to keep 2-3 gems from him?
Mind, Time, and since he is coming to Wakanda, I have to assume the Heimdall is the Soul Gem theory is out and they have it.
Or maybe this is the aftermath of Operation:Galactic Storm. Major Danvers dealings with the Skrulls, and the Kree diversion with the Nova Corps, finally ended, and they chose a convenient - to them - star system.
And then there was whatever Black Bolt is supposed to be protecting the Earth from.
BTW that implant that was given to Gemma seems right out of some (erotic) SF stories I've read. I knew as soon as the sound went out that she would be able to hear what they wanted her to hear.
And Kasius reminds me a lot of Ramsey Bolton/Maximus the Mad. The actor and his performance.

As far as season openers go, I thought it was an idiotic story, but entertaining nonetheless. I'm glad to see they're doing more with the Kree, especially that hottie with the killer floating balls. The leader dude seems kind of not very badass to me, though. He actually reminds me a bit of the Centauri Emperor Cartagia, from Babylon 5.
