First shalt thou disallow any and all future petitions by he who is known locally on the interwebz as 'yellowdingo', then shalt thou count to one, no more, no less.
One shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be one, and this is the number less itself of petitions that he who is known locally on the interwebz as 'yellowdingo' may be allowed to submit.
Two shalt thou not count.
Neither count zero, excepting that thou then proceed to one.
Three is right out.

I think this is unfair to yd. How will his doctors know if the medications start working, if we've cut off his ability to post petitions?

I like his petitions. They make all sorts of sense, if your brain is addled by too much ammonia in the bloodstream when your liver isn't functioning right.

Meh, let YD petition. It isn't as if any of those petitions will ever matter, possibly excepting one or two the government already wanted to implement.
Have any of his petitions received more than a handful of signatures?

If I see a petition on the White House site like this, I'm not going to sign it. Freedom of Expresion as a principle in this country does not have an exclusionary clause to exclude idiots or trolls.
