Yes, same voice actor (had to look up Master Shake on Wikipedia, never heard of it). I just rewatched the episode of Code Monkeys i was linking pieces from (season 2, episode 2 btw) and was blown away when the C**k Goblin produces chained bolas called goblin balls and uses them against his enemies.

I anticipate GW may preempt the move to socially control them by adopting the name proposed, perhaps adding the 'golden', 'silver', and 'bronze' tier descriptor.
