we have seen it in movies. we have seen it in cartoons. and we have seen it in comics. i wana make a duo team where the large guy can toss the smaller psycho into combat. i wana throw this at my dm to play with or possibly with his approve do it myself because its all sorts of bad ass. what i would like is some help building these two the large thrower and the small "badger in a sack" character. some examples are groot and rocket raccoon, and Wolverine and Colossus.i can't think of any others at the moment. what classes do you think would fit best for these two? i wana see what you guys come up with while i work it out myself.

The big guy's a barbarian (or, maybe, a skald; showmanship!) with the hurling rage powers. The small one wants to be a goblin with the roll with it feat and something nasty they can do as a standard action, ideally without requiring a concentration check or giving an AoO. A wand wielder magus might fit, or a vital striking warpriest.
What sort of level range did you have in mind?

Look up badaboom on this forum and you'll find your badger in a sack character. The problem is if nobody else at the table is playing two characters you can't make two characters balanced to the same power as one. I've tried. It's very difficult because you're messing with action economy and also slowing down the game. If I had to suggest something I'd drop a feat from badaboom to gain leadership: a cohort raging hurler barbarian would get you in close. Or a flying mount cohort for air drops with a wand of feather fall to make it safe.
AoO are attacks of opportunity.

AoO = Attack of Opportunity.
That first level range sounds like the magus would work well. Get a wand of shocking grasp made at caster level 5, ready an action to activate the wand and your goblin gets to make an attack as a free action to deliver it via spellstrike. If they get struck in return use roll with it to mitigate the damage and avoid a full attack. If not you can use wand wielder/spell combat to deliver more pain next round.
The barbarian/skald gets lesser hurling and hurling charge (& the opening volley feat) and joins the goblin in the fight. If you're playing both he's the boss, with the leadership feat.

they would need this teamwork feat so when the big guy charges up to join his little buddy in the fight.
Blades Above And Below (Combat, Teamwork)
You attack high and your ally attacks low, denying your foe the chance to dodge your attacks.
Prerequisite(s): Base attack bonus +6.
Benefit(s): When you and your ally who also has this feat threaten the same enemy, you're both considered to be flanking that enemy, regardless of your actual positioning. To gain this benefit, you and your ally must be of different size categories, and your target must be the same size category as either you or your ally.

You can make a cannonball special by painting it in happy colours and giving it a party to remind it that it has friends who love and appreciate it for all it can do. Except that all cannonballs are special in their own way.
As far as throwing a friend into battle ('Speedball Special', to Colossus anyway), I'm not sure how well it'd work. I'm not quite sure what Colossus has as a Strength score but it's likely off the normal PC scale. And Wolverine is still a Medium creature.
The problem with a Large barbarian throwing a Small psycho into battle is also this: don't you become a Large barbarian in order to do lots of melee damage? Sure, there might be some situations, but ideally you're the one going in first, not your little buddy.
Still ... I'd guess Telekinetic Charge is the best way to do it. No size restrictions that I can see either, so the small psycho can cast it to send his Large barbarian friend flying into battle to leave a Large crater and a Medium debris field of whatever she attacks.
