Hernvet runs over to hoga after seeing the man summon a burning sword, he tries to dodge out of the way of an incoming attack but trips over his tail and stumbles to hoga.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Hernvet touches Hogas shoulder and says."Your looking a bit under the weather maybe this'll help ya" Hernvet casts Resist Energy (Fire)

Also I noticed the man did not take a -1 on his attack role or damage roll as per the spell prayer that hernvet cast origonally, there is not a save but there is a SR just fyi

Thern swings his fist as Green runs by then grasps his wound after the acid hits him.

Unarmed Strike(AoO): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

I take it I can make the AoO as it happened before I reached 0HP

Thern then swings his fist at Green.

Unarmed Strike: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16

Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Thern then collapses into the grease with a smile on his face knowing he went out fighting.

Thern glances about the room. He leaps back when he notices the thugs and does what he automatically thinks to do. He turns to the man next to him and swings both his fists, but he remembers hearing something about not killing anyone important so he holds back a little.

Damage(Non-lethal): 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Damage(Non-lethal): 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
