Looking to run an adventure and possibly a campaign, with the primary intent of playtesting for the Mythic Rules Beta.
Plot isn't set yet, and will be largely dependent on what sorts of characters prospective players are interested in playing.
1st level, 1st mythic tier. Only one member of each mythic path will be allowed in the party. I will be willing to run this for as few as 4 PCs. 6 PCs, one of each mythic path, would be ideal, however. Incorporate why your character is a mythic character into your character's backstory, please and thank you.
Setting will be Golarion.
All Pathfinder materials are allowed; since this is for playtest purposes, though, I will not be allowing materials from 3.5.
Point Buy 25.
Treasure and Experience Progression will be Medium.
I'm open to questions.

It seems we (tentatively) have the four minimum in terms of interest. Feel free to coordinate character concepts/which mythic paths interest you the most with one another.
As a side note, if there suitable hooks in your backstory for them, I may work those in for your greater trials, though it's by no means a requirement. Likewise, if you want to discuss what kinds of goals you have for your character/what kind of trials you'd like them to face, you're more than welcome to discuss that here or message me privately.

I def like to play, but I am in two other mythic games at the moment, so if somebody else comes along before I can create my PC(which will be some time morrow), I can bow out, no problem.
Hassan,
depending on if you want to focus more on defending others, or combat and also being able to protect people, you could easily go Champion or Guardian.
If you chose Champion, you could go with the Path abilities that boosted your defensive abilities, such as Armor Master or Staunch Wounds.
Obviously, go Guardian if your main priority is protecting *other* people, much more so than even yourself.

No set deadline.
A spot won't be considered 'taken' until a character is complete, including not just stats but also backstory.
If anyone would like to play, even after all six slots are filled (assuming all six slots will all be filled), I can put you on a reserve list, in which case you will be the first contacted if a player withdraws from the game or if a player character dies.

@Gilthanis
Haven't sussed out all the details, but a few concerns:
- It looks like a lot of your stats treat your Dex as 16 when you only have 14 in it.
- Remember, only your bonus style feat from being a Master of Many Styles can ignore prerequisites, so you'd still need to take Dodge to qualify to take Crane Style.
@ Hassan Ahmed
I don't see any problems with that. In fact, given the class abilities involved, you could be a Paladin with both archetypes.

Hassan Ahmed |

That's sorta what I meant... Paladin-wise (or was leading up to it).
Thinking background includes an "order" that walks the line between shadow and light. Secretive, mysterious, vigilant against things that go bump in the night. But, when it comes down to it... They unleash (unexpectedly) the Holy Light.
And, of course it's not an excuse to be chaotic or neutral, selfish or evil. It's just a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it.

Gilthanis |

Loup...I may switch if I misunderstood the archetype...hold on b4 you make it lol.
I was under the impression I could do both and here is my reasoning:
Since am a 1st level monk I can take Crane Style because the prereq is dodge, etc OR monk 1st level. Then with my bonus feat I take Crane Wing since I can ignore the prereqs because of the archetype. Am I wrong in my understanding? If so then I will change my archetype to something else :)

Belltrap |

@Gilthanis
The Prerequisite for Crane Style is BAB +2 or monk level 1st, Dodge, and Improved Unarmed Strike. Monk level 1 only replaces the BAB requirement, not the other requirements, though it also fulfills the IUS requirement.
If it weren't like that, a Monk 5 could take, for instance, Marid Style without having Elemental Fist.
You'll need Dodge before you take Crane Style. You can still take Crane Wing at 1st level, but you'll need to switch out Deflect Arrows for Dodge.

Hello all and DM Belltrap,
I am very interested in participating in this one if spots are still open - the Mythic rules draw me immediately to two of the concepts I have admired since my early days in roleplay - The Paladin and the straight up Fighter Tank :D
My build will revolve around a frontline Guardian - I expect to have the crunch ready for you by tonight and the fluff maybe also by tonight or tomorrow... My backgrounds tend to gain a life of their own and drag on and on :D
Let me know if such a concept is acceptable and if it fits the ideas you have so far.
Cheers.

My stats are looking like this... 12, 18, 14, 11, 12, 14.
Divine Hunter/Warrior of the Holy Light, multi-class into Rogue early, maybe Roof Runner. Light armor and ranged combat (primary), adding stealth, acrobatics when he can.
If Holy Light is an integral part of your build... you can have it. I can see Guardian, Champion, Marshal.
Idea is to build a network/movement.

@Hassan Ahmed
I would note we already have a Marshal pretty much complete. I just need to go through it with a comb to make sure everything's in order.
Yeah! Furiously shakes his spear at the upstart paladin. =p
Wait, a comb? Hurriedly licks his palm and begins smoothing down the cowlicks in the stat block area.
The Eukaje half-elf glares downthread at his evil twin who keeps posting just after him.

Hey, question for my build: would the Death from Above feat stack with the Aerial Assault champion path ability?
Whenever you charge an opponent from higher ground, or from above while flying, you gain a +5 bonus on attack rolls in place of the bonuses from charging and being on higher ground.
When making a charge attack you may expend one use of mythic power. If you do, include a single Acrobatics check made to jump with a circumstance bonus equal to your champion tier × 10. You take no falling damage for height gained as part of this leap. In addition, you may substitute your melee attack for a single grapple check as part of this aerial charge. Any creature you successfully grapple is brought to the
ground with you at the end of your jump. This creature takes falling damage for half the height gained in your jump. Alternatively, you may use this leap to empower your charge. Calculate the falling damage appropriate for your descent and add this to the damage caused by your charge attack, if successful.

I'm OK with passing the Paladin Torch if it's OK with you (DM and Edeldhur). I may not be able to complete my character in time. R/L conspires. Wedding this weekend, not mine, but in it... time consuming.
If I can't come up with a concept, for the roles left... that's fine. If I need to wait until there's an in game opening, that's fine too. You all seem great.
Game on!
