Mine thus far is calling a whiner out on being a whiner.
Second place goes to Cabbage Guy. Third ties between cute abominations and Necromancer jokes.

I really do not appreciate having things like this pointed out, though I understand it was not meant to be pointed out to me specifically.
I have only a few favorited (is that a word?) posts, and mostly they are only favorited once. I have a few twos and one three, I think. Mostly I do not say things that are very interesting, funny, or valuable, and so, I am not a viable player in this game, and being reminded that there is a "value judgment" aspect to the things I say here, and that they are, for the most part, unimportant and unworthy of the rating system, kind of reminds me that I should stop trying to be something I am not. And this is something that I don’t like to be reminded of.

Wow. I'm sincerely sorry, that's not how I meant this at all...
If it makes you feel any better, many people use favoriting as a sort of "bookmark", so a lot of times it's not about quality, it's about relevance to the user. I've favorited posts because I disliked them, that's how arbitrary the results of this system are. Please cheer up, it's basically meaningless!
That said, it's a unique feature of this here message board! We have a thread dedicated to the sheer length of infinite threads, why not a thread celebrating the arbitrary favorite post system!

Wow, an ePeen thread? First you get a vampire-hunter movie and now this. Tsk tsk. ;)
My most-favorited post was a RealityCheck™ in one of the threads complaining about the dreaded 'cheesecake' artwork:
22 Faves: PAIZO DO YOU OFFER YOUR RULE BOOKS WITHOUT THE SEXY ART?
My most-favorited post that I feel was useful is an explanation of Play-by-Posts:
5 Faves: PLAY BY POST. HOW DOES IT WORK?
On a somewhat off-topic point, here's my most-FAQ'd post on a discussion over the particulars of verbal spell components and Perception checks:
6 FAQs: PAIZO BLOG: STEALTH PLAYTEST, ROUND TWO--STEALTH

Yeah, I do alright, but I'm definitely in the runing with people here. Still, here's what I got:
#1: A discussion on Paladin-led jailbreaking and when it's appropriate, with 8 Favorites.
#2: The first post in thread I made where I volunteered to make CR appropriate NPCs with 6 Favorites.
#3: Is a tie between a post on how morality requires context and a post detailing why some people liked the per-Class breakdowns in the AP Player Guides both with 5 Favorites.
All those are posts I'm pretty happy with, but on the other hand, so are many that haven't ever been Favorited once. It's interesting noting what other people like or consider interesting.

Samnell |

Tied at 5 favorites each, with thread names for the links:
I'm Christian Unless You're Gay
Life Lessons I Wish My Parents Had Taught Me
I don't post as much in the more gaming-oriented boards because what I'd have said is usually either already posted or I'm hunting for fairly specific sorts of things that don't really require much of an open-ended thread. And I got sick of arguing with people I don't share a group with about rules more than a decade ago.

Aw geez, I have to review 1500 posts?
Nope. 1501!
I think the most favs I got on a post was for that Antagonize feat erotic fanfic.
I think there was an Ashiel post that topped 100 somewhere. The adventurer's equipment thread maybe? A number of devposts made it to the triple digits as well.
I wonder what the imaginary money exchange rate is between forum faves and YouTube views?

(Talking about the monk Flurry Rules)Single weapon. Always has been, always will be, imo. It's just a cool thing only monks get to do, and I'm all in favor of monks getting to do cool things. (3)
(Talking about the Masterwork Tool Rules) Masterwork Cardboard Box of Stealth (3)
(Talking about ways to defeat the Tarrasque)
Brilliant! And in the next campaign, set a thousand years into the future, your new heroes have to deal with a hellish, blazing, fire-immune and fire-breathing Solar Tarrasque. After long enough bathing in the sun's energy, it adapted to its environment.
And finally, the tranformation into Godzilla will be complete! (6)
So, if you want your posts to get likes, make jokes, say things you know people will agree with, and talk about Godzilla.

I got 14 for "Rob Liefeld called; he said that gun's too big,....."
10 for a Godfather quote well timed,
12 for telling everybody to chill one time,
7 for changing my son's word problems into Star Wars questions,
7 for just posting "Aberzombie" for some freakin reason;
8 (well 9, but I voted for it myself) for the troll poopoo head WOTC dragon thing;.......
7 for "Dude. If I was an elf, in an army, and some "paladin" pulled something like that, I would riddle him with arrows; because he's obviously posessed by ass demons."
Woah.
I guess I am a pretty big effin' deal.

I have a fair amount of 1-2 favorites, maybe half a dozen with 4-5.
This one is my top result though with 12 wherein I relay an anecdotal in-joke from my Thursday group.

A Man In Black RPG Superstar 2010 Top 32 |
On a somewhat off-topic point, here's my most-FAQ'd post on a discussion over the particulars of verbal spell components and Perception checks:
6 FAQs: PAIZO BLOG: STEALTH PLAYTEST, ROUND TWO--STEALTH
I'm pretty sure nobody has more FAQ requests than this.

Midnight_Angel |

Hmm... I don't seem too popular on these boards.
One single 6, two fives, two fours... that's pretty much all I have to show.

Drejk |

Still beast me - three fours and a handful of threes.
Being snarky about old D&D.
Disliking D&D cleric.
My favorite of my favorited posts - homebrew Captain base class.

Aaron Bitman |

I think there was an Ashiel post that topped 100 somewhere.
You mean this one?
I don't know of any other post by anyone that came even close to the 100-mark.

![]() |

Let's see...
A fair few are congratulatory in nature, which says less about the post than the fact that this is an awesome community. Ex:
11 on getting my securities license.
10 on a new job.
9 on getting approved for a job transfer.
8 on getting prizes at work I don't think I deserved.
8 on a job prospect.
However, there are some other fun ones:
8 on a recent June Cleaver appearance.
8 on a second-hand Tom York sighting. (Jon Hamm only got 5.)
8 on a metaphor between sex and RPGs.
8 on an RPG Superstar smackdown.
7 on an off-color one liner.

JMD031 |

Most of my favorites are from the stupid stuff I say in another thread.
The one that got the most was this one where I ask JJ if he wants Kelsey to stop making aliases in order to ask him questions with 7.
Then there is this one where I comment that Cosmo is the the "anti-chris" of Paizo which got 4.
I have a few that got 3 because I either said "mods you can go ahead and close this thread now" or because I linked pictures of fire and acid.
And then there is this one where I talk about killing an Ogre Mage with a dead rogue with 3. That one is my favorite of my favorites.

cranewings |
I have a couple tied for 3 votes, one where I defend furies, one where I call Dritzz a stupid character, and this.

cranewings |
Four favorites, I'm impressed by that considering the nature of most of my posts.
I know how you feel (:

I don't think that this is what they meant in Hagakuri when they said, "Treat small things as big things." Calm down.

Folks seemed to like my take on wallstreet @ 16 favs.
Showing of course that the board is filled with liberal hippy communist Stalinist socialist forces.
Cheapy's take on Gangsta's paradise has an obscene number of favorites

Urizen |

Okay, I'm curious. This is a chance to go through mine to see what others had liked about what I posted. Some of them amused me greatly viewing them after the fact. These are my highest.
BEST CHARACTER CONCEPTS YOU HAVE HEARD / SEEN / PLAYED with 13.
GAY MARRIAGE IS NOW LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. with 12.
[TPK GAMES, SUPER GENIUS] URIZEN THE BLEAK LORD with 8.
YOU CAN'T IGNORE THE NEED FOR IGNORE with 8.
PAIZO PIN UP GIRL with 7.
THREADCRAPPING REPORT OPTION with 7.

Doodlebug Anklebiter |

I've only got a third of what Toz has got, but I'm catching up on Aberzombie.
People seem to like it when I say "Vive le Galt!" or "Goblins do it in the street!" Anything denouncing Paizo as the racist bigots that they are and their Big Lies about goblins generally gets favorited.
Jean-Paul's catchphrase, "Hell is other posters!" hasn't really, um, caught on, though.
References to illicit intoxicants, pornography and international proletarian socialist revolution seem to be popular.
Anyway, favoriting is cool, but I miss +1s.

Talonhawke |

Well my most FAQ'd is Archetypes and class features with 30.
Most favorited seems to be from Why fighters Suck. with 8.
And in second is of course RAMVORD with 6.

Interesting.

What are some things about the Pathfinder rules that you think most people do not know? Probably has the most favorites for me...at least I highly doubt there's a post of mine with more. It's at 95. (Main claim to fame: Lisa Stevens' only favorited post. Yea, I'm going places.)
Does the Totem Warrior archetype from APG allow a barbarian to take multiple totems? Has 86 FAQs right now...I think there are some posts out there with more.
Oh, this post about free actions out of turn and the Snap Shot feat line got 53 FAQs. And actually added to the FAQ.
Optimizer's Paradise that BNW mentioned. It has 32 so far.
So pretty much...
something I actually did very little work on, a FAQ that I'm really wondering how it got that many clicks, and a joke.
