Looking at the blink dog nation it hit me, how would you add classes to characters that aren't essentially humanoid.
Barbarian: This one takes the least amount of tweaking. None of the feats rely on armour use or weapons. Improved natural attack and power attack would give the non-human barbarian some real bite.
Bard: The armour proficiencies are not as useful. Yes you can wear armor/barding, but without opposable thumbs, who's going to put it on you? Bardic music translates normally but spell components are going to be a pain. Most non human casters will sing or orate to perform, though the aspiring seal bard could use a collection of horns ;-)
Suggestion, the non-humanoid bard loses light armour proficiency and gains Eschew components
Cleric: The cleric is chock full of useless stuff for the non-humanoid character. Armour proficiencies are useless, and having a focus is going to be something eschew components won't overcome.
Suggestion, use the cloistered cleric, and put the holy symbol on a collar. Better suggestion, don't rely on divine casters.
Druid: The focus problem remains for the non-humaoid druid, but if our treehugger can reach the holy grail of natural spell, he's set. Also Wildshape mean hands vis a monkey or something. "Bill, why is that spider monkey riding a blink dog?"
Fighter: The simplest and yet least useful of classes for the non-human character. Weapon Focus/Specialization is good for the bite, but it's going to be hard to find uses for all those feets. When you add in armour and shield proficiencies which won't be used without help, you're thowing good XP after bad.
Suggestion, use the thug varient from UA, and add any skills from racial hit dice to class skills for the fighter.
Paladin: The armor proficiences and mount aren't useful for the non-humanoid hero. The supernatural abilities thought are party aiders and the smite evil will allow him to take a bite out of crime.
Ranger: Needs little work, the combat tree is useless as written though.
Suggestion: use the wild shape ranger varient.
Rogue: Sneak attack will lay on the damage, and the skill set is still usable. Don't expect many non-humanoid rogues to do typical rogue roles though (disable device, open lock)
Sorcerer: Doable, though I suggest removng the familiar for a free eschew components feat. Also wands/staves/scrolls become problematic.
Wizard: bwahahahaahahahahahahahahahahah!
I should note, any psionic class will rock for the non-human character. Indeed a animal psion/thrallherd with a human thrall can cause all sorts of confusion.

Maybe have a feat that allows the use of one's maw to wield a weapon? I.E. Sif, from Dark Souls 1. Big AZ Wolf with an even bigger AZ sword. As a requirement of this style, you have to get a running start before you make an attack, or you swing at 1/2 your Str & Dex stats. I'd say that would make Sif the greatest known Dire Wolf (or Worg) Fighter character (known to me at least).
