Bionic hearing and eye? = high precption = easy
1/2 construct, not so easy...
I mean what kind of template would it be, and it would have to be a template.

incidently, i think you guys may be going about it the wrong way. you build a golem with the right stats (including flesh. they don't have flesh golems for nothing, after all) then you give that sentience. or that's how i'd do it. as for making a half-construct, there's something about it in one of the old dragon mags. article is about the year of rogue dragons in the forgotten realms, and one of the characters it stats out is a human half-iron golem. issue 326, page 35

There is half-construct within the pathfinder rules, and I always suggest staying within the rules before reaching out as to prevent one from complicating things.
