Access To A Kitchen?

My wife, who is an amazing cook and very inventive with her ingredients, wants to know if she will have access to a kitchen. I doubt it, but I was wondering if it could be arranged. We are kicking around the idea of doing a "Fantasy Feast" event with fantasy themed foods. Not sure of any of the details beyond that but it is an idea we are willing to consider. A kitchen would be the biggest requirement, so finding if it would be possible is the first step.

I would call the hotel and ask if there is a suite available with a kitchen.

I called the hotel and they do not have suites with kitchens, but the hotel next door does. Tomorrow I will make a phone call to that hotel, but chances are we are not going to be able to afford the suite for the 4-5 days we will be in town for the con.

Esp. without a room block or special room rate (I tried to see if Jeff would help with that given the event person at the Marriott runs things for both properties - no word back from him since Nov 25).

The other hotel is the Extended Stay. I think the government rate there was 135/ night for a single or 240/ night for a 2 bedroom suite, kindof pricey compared to the con block. We were considering trying to find another couple and doing the double but the jury is still out on that.
