I've never seen Blade or read the comics, but I know he's a half-vampire. With that in mind, I recommend the Dhampir race from Bestiary 2.

damper with good stats. *poof* daywalker
edit: add the feats to give him the sanguine bloodline if you want more of that tasty vampire flavor.

Blade is a vampire hunter, right? I'd say dhampir ranger - Str 18, Dex 18 (raise to 20), Con 17 (drop to 15), Int 16, Wis 17, Cha 15 (raise to 17). Two-weapon fighting style, favored enemy undead. Maybe urban ranger archetype.

Well Dhampir is the best way to do it core, but honestly I dont know that it is the best way to represent blade himself. Blade isn't light sensative, and he definately doesnt have a bellow average con. I think if you really want to represent a 'daywalker' it would be a level adjustment race because his strength, speed and skill are all explained in series as both through training and through his vamp heritage.

3.5's libris mortis had a half vampire template. something like
Inherited Template that can be added to any Humanoid or Monstrous Humanoid.

I would make Big Red a Ranger/Gunslinger with Favored Enemy Evil Outsiders and the Skirmisher Template.
Blade Dampier Ranger Skirmisher with Favored Enemy Undead and Human.

I think that the Dhampir Kinslayer archetype for Inquisitors may be just what you want:
Appalled and guilt-ridden by the horrific circumstances of her birth, a kinslayer dedicates herself to eradicating the very creatures whose blood flows within her veins. She spends her life hunting and slaying those vampiric monsters for whom humans have become prey.

Base stats aren't as important as the training and items gained through character development (i.e. Leveling). Since Blade is specific and unique, there is nothing wrong with a little DM fiat and taking liberties with the source material.
Class wise, I would say some sort of fighter rogue/ranger (urban).
