Whoo hoo! Even this tough recruitment phase is exciting! With so many great apps it's kinda nerve wracking wondering who'll all get in!
But one thing I do just want to say to all, PLEASE, if for any reason you don't think you'll be able to be in this game for the Long Haul, then please don't take up the space of someone else who can be. There's nothing worse (in the PbP world anyway ; )then a great game that starts off only to die prematurely because one or some of the players suddenly realize they can't handle another game.
As of right now, I myself am in several long term PbPs (two years or more) so I Know that I can and will keep up my end of the posting demand. (In fact, I'm one of those who normally ends up checking and refreshing the thread several times a day hoping there's been another post ;)
But anyway, all that being said, once again, Good Luck All! : D

Hey no worries bro! There's no rules or penalties against being in a lot of games. I just don't think I've seen that many profiles under one person before. But anyway I know what you mean, out of all the games I've started, only 4 (possibly 5! ;) are currently active. Dat's just the way of PbP sometimes....But I have to say, much respect for your decision to apply (but I still think you could/should have anyway...and maybe explained your situation?)

I had mentioned before, if I get enough worthy players, I will run two groups in the same story. (It is a great idea if the choices become to difficult) That does require I have 8 likable applicants. If you want to rough draft a character and post a bit of roleplay today, it will be enough for me to make a decision.
I am going to have a great time painting the bookstore/coffee shop going up in flames. I hope I brought enough reds, yellows, and oranges...

As the years passed and Adina grew, so to did her understanding of the word 'art'. While most parents had trouble getting their children to put down games controllers and do their chores, Adina's had trouble even getting their daughter's attention as she focused on her latest painting, drawing, music book, or recipe(though they enjoyed not having to cook, of course).
Not surprisingly, she has several plans for her future: Dancer/Singer first, then artist and chef after she's done with that.

One of Alpha teams members disappeared for more than ten days. I really can't have that no matter what the life obligations. There really was no warning other that it may happen from time to time. I need players who are consistently active and he hasn't been as active as I had hoped.

Description
Frank Castle appears as a tall Caucasian male with a slight frame, short blonde hair and a well kept goatee. His eyes are usually hidden behind his aviators, though those who have seen his eyes know that they are vibrantly hazel eyes. He favors comfortable casual clothing when situations allow for it; otherwise he is normally seen with his military uniform. He carries a satchel while traveling strapped around his shoulder. He is confident, ambitious, and intelligent. Frank prefers not to enter combat directly unless absolutely necessary, but if the need arises, he is no slouch, having been practicing martial arts since he was 12.
Frank was born in Paisley, Scotland, the youngest of three children of Margaret and Richard Castle, a bookmaker. Of Irish descent, he was brought up in a strict Roman Catholic family. Frank spent the first few years of his life in Montreal, Quebec, before the family returned to live in Scotland. [/spoiler]
Background
Frank traveled to US to study with his uncles deciding it would be better and for him and besides he would get to be in a new place were not everything is green, monotonous and boring. He was an average student academically, but excelled in athletic pursuits. He started kick boxing when he was 12 and got a liking for it. Even though he never got to a level to compete as an amateur fighter, he was good enough to spar with them.
When he turned 18, he turned his knowledge of kick boxing and his easy going personality into a work as a bouncer in the City. No one expected him to last long, but he loved his job and stayed at it, until he got injured in a bar fight. He got a month of rest and too much time to waste, besides going to college was not his greatest thing to do he was just an average student at it. When he turned 19 he decided to leave college and just sign up for the Army. The soldier life was boring and filled with endless drills, making Frank regret his decision and hoping to find something else to do or travel now that he was on leave and just working in the army base in the warehouse working the supplies.
Interests/Hobbies
Frank enjoys keeping himself fit, practicing mixed martial arts now and going to the firing range every time he cans just to let go some steam. He has thought about reading but it is very rare to find good books like the Name of the Wind and some of his companions in the Army mock him for being somewhat of a nerd for it. He intends to travel and see the world even if he never fights but at least he will be able to travel and maybe someday return to Scotland.
Motivations
I new place to go, beats a spot in a warehouse and getting up at 4am to be drilled, besides I love to travel and maybe learn other styles of fighting and cultures.
