It was still a better love story than Twilight.

Only because Harry has not yet met any vampires.

And then - 'Harry is as Harry does'.

Sorry about that ZZ I took your "HoD Needs a healer NAO!" to mean I should just jump in. Add to that your idea about him being down there on his own and it made sense that he could have been attracted by the remains of their battles and heard the fight. I'll try to hold back a little more in the future. XD

PS: Actually he might have been sent down here by the local church of Iomadae at a request from the church of Pharasma. Something along those lines.

@ Shady: No problem, if you come up with a good explanation everything's fine.

@ the naughty rest: Hah, great stuff! But don't forget that Aldern had this magical war razor - so I'd be worried that something could happen to my wooden club...chop...chop

You sure it was the wooden club Aldern wanted?

Hahaha. BOOYA!

Why so quiet?

Everyone is busy hitting F5 on HoR.
Turns out that joking about mano-e-mano combat comes second to the suggestion of girl on girl action.

:D

P.S. I'm quiet because I'm sick. Nasty head cold.

No doubt, drop my application to Heart of Darkness, I want to join the HORs :)

Hey - I have nothing to do with this chick flick, thank you very much. I am just talking with the sleazy old ship captain turned innkeeper/demon feeder.

Hmmm - It does seem that Handsome Harry, or is it Heavy Harry, or perhaps Peeping Tom Harry, is watching me.

Fluid Inter-dimensional physically detached consciousness Roguish Healer/4

I'm not sure I'd call girl on girl action a "chick flick"...

I think I'll try and get a clarvoyance spell for this character, seems like it would be useful...

Oh dear it appears real life has prevented ZZ from updating tings. Whatevah shall I do!?!?

Update: *snickers* This is what happens when I have time on my hands. Any chance someone would let me RP their animal companion or familiar? Yes that idea popped into my head and I thought it would be fun.

Just returned home, will update in the next two hours

Guys, could you please clarify a small issue? I picked a trait from the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition. It reads as follows:

Giant Slayer:

Giant Slayer Your family’s village was plundered by giants in the wilds of Varisia, leaving nothing but a smoldering ruin. After the destruction of your village, your family trained for combat against giants to prevent such a tragedy from ever happening again. Since hearing of giants mobilizing throughout the countryside, you ventured to Sandpoint to help the town prepare for a possible incursion. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Bluff, Perception, and Sense Motive checks and +1 trait bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls against creatures of the giant subtype.

So am I right to believe the Bluff, Perception and Sense Motive bonuses apply only against giants?

Yeah the Giant subtype, but that also covers Ogres as well.
There used to be a listing on the D20PFSRD for creatures by 'type', seems to be missing now.

Edit - nm, it was just moved to a better format!

Yeah good point... nobody saw nuttin'.

Thanks a lot, Shifty, but I actually meant to ask if the skill bonuses apply on all situations or only against creatures of the giant subtype. I found a thread on this issue but it had no replies. All the commas got me confused.

TarkXT wrote:

Honestly if you ask my opinion some kind of ranged character like an archer ranger or gunslinger would be far more useful than a rogue. Berry has trapfinding, lock opening, and trap disabling down like a boss. So all that really leaves the rogue to do is flank with the fighter which is hard since we always seem to be in cramped corridors.

Just some food for thought. Arrrrr.

Never played a gunslinger...hmm.

5d10 + 22 ⇒ (1, 7, 9, 9, 1) + 22 = 49

Male Elf Druid 7 HP:64/64, - AC: 18/T:14/FF:14 - Perception: +15(Low Light) F: +5/R: +6/W: +8 - CMB: +10 - CMD: 23, Speed:30ft, Init: +6

Yeah dunno why we are also cramping ourselves in coridoors either, its like the worst possible scenario for us.

If you aren't in melee get weeeeell back from it :)

I'm running with the bonuses only applying to the Giant Subtype, the fluff as well as the grammar don't really lend themselves to the bonuses applying to non-giants.

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

I do not know the trait, but it sounds like the Ranger favored enemy bonuses.

Don't worry, Changeling's don't taste very good I have been told. However, I understand that elves and half elves are much better.

Grr, let the tank cleric get into the action!

I think that Jinx has this whole process backwards.

Hmmm....quick question...

Does the Additional Traits Feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/additional-traits) work in reverse? By that I mean, would you be able to trade in two traits to get a feat?

Here it's also great...if you don't mind constant rain, autumnal winds, fog and such...hey, if you like Ravenloft, come and visit the Lower Rhine Area, I'll give you a tour :)

Rain, fog and wind sound like heaven after six years of humid hot sweaty temperatures... as soon as they find a massive inland oil field I'm there!
