A adventuring companion of mine recently got blind drunk and spent the better part of the night yelling at the nearest altar to Erastil how stupid and pointless carrots were chickens are (No, we don't know why either) and when we went to bail him out of the stockade the next morning, there's a chicken with him.
Now, over the past two weeks, every time we've tried to get rid of the chicken, it somehow reappears back at his side within the hour, and when we've tried to kill it, we suddenly can't, like our swords are ridiculously heavy or it just looks too cute.
So we're writing this one down to Divine Ass-hattery and leaving our increasingly distraught Dragon-blooded Sorcerer with his new Chicken Familiar.
Have you, or any of the other Iconics, ever done something similar that ended up in some petty Divine shenanigans?

Yes.

Just be glad you couldn't attack it. If you somehow manage it, you'll get two or three hits in, and the thing seems utterly uninjured, and then suddenly - chickens, chickens everywhere. And not just normal chickens. Hostile, angry, razor-beaked chickens from hell. Coming out of nowhere, en masse. A horrible chicken swarm.
Leave the chicken alone. And run. Run as far and as fast as you can.
