Canucks getting their asses handed to them.
Is that that "ice soccer" game?
Truth is falsehoods, facts are lies.
Spanky the Leprechaun wrote: just kidding! I'm crying inside.
Spanky/AZ, you've committed an inexcusable faux pas! It's "ice football," not soccer!
There's no goalie in football.
"There's no crying in baseball!"

So, I got up early today to drive the wife to work before physical therapy and, funny thing, I still hate mornings. Just in case anybody is polling or anything like that.

I have been without AC since Thursday, June 2. Which BTW was the earliest 100+ day since 1902. Yeah Houston humidity. Went to Home Depot today and bought a 12,000 BTU window unit, and when I leave this complex that sucker is going with me. Hopefully, it will cool this efficiency apartment enough to counteract the high Houston heat.
Oof. Sorry to hear that. Hope you're keeping cool.
Yikes. Sorry to hear that, especially with you being in Houston. I hope you get your place cooled down soon.
Yippee! Thanks for the concern guys. After I got the AC unit home and installed it didn't take long to drop the temperature. With it running on medium all night I woke up to a nice 73 degree apartment. Yesterday when the owner followed us bringing in the unit he commented that it felt hotter inside than outside. I told him it ran 10 degrees warmer in the apartment. Maybe he will take that hint and upgrade all AC units in the complex, or not. Anyway I am no longer cooking in my own juices.

Some days I am already five hours into my shift by now =P Oh, I trained myself to be the first teacher at my school to get ready for the school day when I first started teaching. Got there at five, even though I lived across town. A couple of times had to wait on the custodian. But I was younger then, and it was everyday. Now, I feel like puking. Can't even get the coffee down.
So, Night person by nature and outside of conditioning. I hope I don't puke on the pretty physical therapist.

The random grope wasn't as bad as people said it would be. Either that or the dude was too scared to go below my waist.
Wow. I didn't think I would ever desire to replace my Quadrilogy set. And it's on sale! Bought.
