Clearly this man is also a witch. Good thing there's some *snigger* hard wood *snigger* available - we can use it to set a baseline for buoyancy when we throw it and Justin in a lake to see if he floats.
You are clearly distorting the truth as you often do cough 4e cough .

The sooner you guys admit that Wotci hired Monte to save D&D by making a SuperEdition, the better.

You are just saying that because I'm right.

Also, because you are inherently wrong in all imaginable ways.

The most I will say is that there are some topics (fewer than 5) about which I've been less right. Not wrong, just less right.

I always used Listen to resolve checks to smell things in 3e. Partly because of that quote, and partly because there wasn't any other skill that seemed on point.

It's funny. I just found out that White Wolf (CCP??) is doing a reboot of Vampire for their 20th anniversay. I guess they used open playtesting to help solidify the updated ruleset. Weird, huh?

Makes me wonder about similar corollaries ...

Well the story elements were good, the game rules were horrid. So a better rule system with an update to the old world setting. Cha-CHing.

Yeah, hopefully they'll find a way of integrating the various 'themes' (Vamp/Were/Fae/Mage) better this time.

Ah, update. Oxygen deprivation seems to have done its worse, along with the blood poisoning. To barrow an out saying, "The Lights on, but no one's home."

He's now staying at a long term health clinic. His physical needs will be attended, but it's going to be a long time before anything significant happens. Whether he lives his remaining days as he is now or finally dies to another infection remains to be seen.

Regrettably, the "Do-Not-Resuscitate" order in his will has been put into effect.

The time really sucks right now.

I'm very sorry to hear that.

In Japan honorable FAWTLers, instead of using rope to hang yakuza and other "no good" ones from fat pony, we behead them with katana. No lynch mob, but so much more fun and it has a level of personal satisfaction that can't be found with a coil of rope.
