I knew it was cool... but I was VERY nervous about how it might be received. That it's been as well received as it has been is incredible and very very uplifting, to say the least.

Well... if you're a GM, I would recommend asking for an Adventure Path. Looking at your books, I'm seeing what appears to be an interest in scary stuff, so perhaps you should ask for:

Not sure if this has been asked yet, but as I am a fan of your Revisited line of books, I was wondering if their was any plans to do a Golems Revisited book?
No plans yet.
And since it's arguable that the most interesting and story-rich golem of them all is the flesh golem (thanks to Frankenstein), and since that golem has already been covered in Classic Horrors... chances are VERY GOOD that we'll not do a "Golems Revisited" book.
Chances are better of us some day doing something else entirely with constructs as a theme. I'm not sure what that would be... but it wouldn't follow the "monsters Revisited" line and layout.

Somehow, I always imagined your Cthulhu Mythos % to be a bit higher. Whip out that Necronomicon and get studying, man! We can't have you falling behind...!
If you get a magic item to increase Perform, you increase your versatile performance skills. If you get an item to increase a skill directly, that does NOT increase your perform skill. In fact, only if that increase bonus bumps the actual skill modifier up above your perform modifier would it matter. A circlet of persuasion is an EXCELLENT item for a bard, but things like boots of elvenkind are increasingly not all that great (assuming you have a versatile performance that can be used for Acrobatics in that case).
Same goes for feats and spell effects.
You can't double up on versatile performance, in other words.
No doubling up. Got it. Still it seems like you are now contradicting one of your earlier statements.
A bard can do a lot worse than taking Skill Focus (perform) rather than one of the +2/+2 to skills feats.
But for magic items, I would rule that something like boots of elvenkind WOULD grant you the bonus even if you were using versatile performance by using your Perform skill. The boots are supposed to make your Acrobatics work better, and it makes no sense at all for a character specialized in being all Acrobatic to suffer just because the rules allow her to use a different skill check.
Versatile performance is supposed to widen a bard's skill selection, in other words, not to have stealth punishments that prevent you from using items.
So which is it? If I the boots do they increase my skill WHILE using versatile performance? If I have a different item that increase just my perform skill, might that improve Acrobatics if it is an associated skill?
If both are true, than how come doubling up isn't allowed?
If anything, I think I might be more confused.

You're confusing the way the rules work with the way I wish they worked, basically.
In my games, I'd let boots of elvenkind boost a Versatile Performance because that makes sense to me... but if you're into playing the game specifically rules as written, that doesn't work that way.

You know your players better than I do, so I can't make that call for you.
Can I make multiple sunder combat maneuvers as part of a full attack, or do I only ever get one at a time? The wording in the maneuver description is ambiguous as it strongly resembles disarm and trip, which both clearly allow you to attempt those maneuvers with each and every attack.

Plenty of times. Old spooky houses deep in the woods. The primeval forest that surrounded my house growing up. Basements and attics. Indianapolis.

Assuming you're asking "Do constructs radiate magic?" then no, they do not. Neither do undead.A construct detect as magic?
Yes, that was I meant. I was fairly sure of that, but I had some poster stating the opposite and so asked for confirmation. Maybe it would be a good idea to add that caveat to the detect magic spell or to the undead and construct entries in the Bestiary?
Or that is already written in some corner of the CRB?|

Was the Dimensional Occultist witch archetype intended to receive all of the planar binding spells but be left with no way to cast them without having access to magic circle? The only use I can see for these patron spells is to call extraplanar entities without the trap and ask them nicely.

Was the Dimensional Occultist witch archetype intended to receive all of the planar binding spells but be left with no way to cast them without having access to magic circle? The only use I can see for these patron spells is to call extraplanar entities without the trap and ask them nicely.
That's an unintended wrinkle... but the witch can certainly do exactly as you say—cast the spell and ask nicely. That said, adding a magic circle spell of the witch's choice as a 3rd level patron spell is fine too.

I wish we'd handled Versatile Performance a bit better so that it interacts with the bard's skill ranks in a friendlier manner, and I wish we'd named breath of life cure deadly wounds instead, so clerics could swap things out...
... but as for actual 3.5 rules I wish we'd have changed (rather than additions like the two above) I wish we had changed the rule that you can't sneak attack foes in concealment, so that rogues could sneak attack people in shadowy alleys. I know there's a rogue talent that lets you do that in Advanced Player's Guide... but I wish that we didn't NEED that talent.

Would you be fine with a mage using Prestidigitation to create a flame around his finger or thumb for lighting a cigar or pipe?
Also, is there any chance that Prestidigitation will get a shorter name in the future? :P
I'm okay with that use of prestidigitation.
