Hey folks! How is everyones day?
Windy, and my hip is bothering me.
Damn...I sound old.
Tired. The girls are running me ragged today. I wish I could get Emma to sleep in her own bed at night instead of in mine.
Slow start. I want a new drug.
Wow! Everyone sounds so excited! lol
Yeah., I a little sleepy as well. Thinking it may be time for a nap...
Mairkurion {tm} wrote: Slow start. I want a new drug. One that does what it should?
One that won't make you feel to bad?
One that won't make you feel to good?
I'm doing well, but feeling unproductive.

I would enjoy that but Moorluck not a big fan. I am thinking Prosser's BBQ. All that talk of BBQ the other day mades me hungry for it! And they have some of the best country cooking on the beach! All you can eat for 7$ Hard to beat that! OH, and that includes your tea.
Actually Prosser's is where the baby ate his first "real" food. Sweet Tatoes!
And then I wanna see if I can talk him into taking me to World Market...so I can see if I can find Tim Tams! I am crazy craving them!
And Thank You! I am waiting to hear how she is and how everything went. I want to visit tonite...but I know she has a ton of family in town, might wait a couple of days. I am so excited though! I remember when she tld me she was pregnant! I was as excited as she was!
How are you feeling? Work going ok?

How are you feeling? Work going ok? I'm feeling better, and I'm having a change of heart about my next job. I found out something today that really ticked me off. I'll have to share later, though. :)

Curious....
Glad you're feeling better though!
All this talk of barbecue is making me hungry. Good thing I'm cooking barbecue pork for dinner tonight. :)
Easiest dinner ever. Put pork roast in crockpot. Covered with bottle of barbecue sauce. Let simmer all day. Hopefully it will taste as good as it smells.
I was reading over on Roger Ebert's website how proud he was one of his threads hit 26,000 posts. Almost halfway there!

So, you see Ron really represents the everyman, the guy who we are all suposed to relate to. Nobody can really relate to Harry, because we are not ay of us the chosen one. Therefore we end up watching the movie from Ron's perspective, as the sdekick taking in all of the action without ever really being able to participate in it.

Welp...looks like grocery shopping. Ah well...maybe the deli has some fresh chicken wings...doesn't sound too bad. And can find Mac and Cheese in the freeer section...*SIGH* No good BBQ in the stores though. :(
;)
Tell your mother you had fun though.

The best bbq is the stuff you make at home.

speaking of dinner, I get free pizza tonight as part of a get together for my business leadership team, for my Business Administration 101 class, or simply put my transfer student business orientation class. Yay free pizza, means no money spent on dinner woo hoo
I'm making sloppy joes and tater tots.
Beef brisket hash and apple pie bread pudding here tonight.. Sometimes it pays to be married to a chef ...
I had roast pork tonight. But I must now have BBQ in the near future.
Well, the sauce got a bit scorched. I'll have to figure out a way to fix that before I try making bbq at home again.
Because BBQ sauce is high in sugar? Turn down heat?
Mairkurion {tm} wrote: Because BBQ sauce is high in sugar? Turn down heat? I was cooking it on low in a crock pot. The heat doesn't get any lower. Hmmm. There must be a solution to this dilemma. That will probably be much more obvious when I'm less sleep deprived. :)
BBQ sauce with lower sugar content? There's definitely some folks around here who know more about cooking than I...
Emmit says Dallas'll go 7 and 9 this year.
I had beef on weck and it was delicious.
Anyone remember "the Badger".
