Addition, I forgot I had 7 SP spent in another column. The total bill now is 35 GP, 7 SP. I am over budget, but I used to do government work so I am used to it.

You seem to be missing two feats, you get scribe scroll with your class, one for first level, and you get an extra skill bonus feat (any feat that gives you a +2 to two skills, Alertness, persuasive, ext.) that should play to your background to start the campaign.
One thing about your back ground, sorcerers are born with their magic abilities. I think it would be better to have your magic abilities start showing up as you trained as a druid. The rest of the people on your village mistook your sorcerer talent as a druidic gift.
But it is your character so if you fix the feats I think you are ready.

Um, I think I missed something. I thought any skill-boosting feat was allowed, but I just realized that you want the feat to be one of those that gives you a bonus to two skills. Hmm. i still want a bonus to concentration, 'cauyse I'm going to need it, but there isn't a feat that gives a bonus to that, save combat casting and skill focus. I don't suppose we could make up a skill that does that? Maybe like this:
When difficulties arise, you react swiftly, and improvise.
You get a +2 bonus on Concentration and Spellcraft checks.

I have a daughter, just shy of two, and I pictured her little run when I read this. If you've never seen a baby run, you should. They look so cute when they've just figured it out.
