Hi all,
Fairly new to Pathfinder, please bear with me for not knowing a lot of the abbreviations used.
I'm interested in playing a card carrying/slinging witch.
I've the Harrow Handbook, Deluxe Harrow Deck , plus pretty much all the other books I think I might need.
This character would be played in PFS games.
Race: Half-Elf
Stats
Str:10
Dex:16
Con:13
Int:16(14)
Wis:12
Cha:10
What I'm wanting to know is, what feats would I need to take?
Example
Point-Blank Shot at 1st.
Precise Shot at 3rd.
How do you get slight of hand? I see that you get Deadly Dealer at 2nd level in-place of the hex, but it says that you need 5 ranks in it.
Do you get it included just like Arcane strike so you don't need ranks in it?

You get Deadly Dealer for free, without meeting the requirements. Sleight of Hand is a skill used to, well, perform Sleight of Hand. It's not terribly useful in most situations, I'm afraid.
What you want to do with the Cartomancer is fling touch spells that you normally have to be next to an enemy to deliver from the safety of the back line. Bestow Curse will likely be your bread and butter once you get it.

Thank you for explaining that to me.
So if I'm understanding this correctly, if I was another class and I wanted to take "Deadly Dealer", then I'd have to meet the requirements(5 ranks of sleight of hand & Arcane Strike).

Yes. "Deadly Dealer" is built into the archetype so you get it instead of the lvl 2 Hex.
Just be sure NOT to use your Harrow Deck until you are lvl 3 (when you get the Returning feature on your cards)! Use a standard card deck.
That is correct. Deadly Dealer is pretty garbage if you're not a Cartomancer (and the Cartomancer does very well with it) so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Thank you both!

Your Deck IS your familiar. Your Patron "communicates"/teaches you through it, so - yes - you get Patron spells along with Witch spells.
And Sleight of Hand would only be useful if you need to hide your deck (to make it a concealed weapon), in case you want to. Depends on the campaign and the GM. You may use it a lot, or never. I took ranks in it for mine because it fit the flavor of the character. (Plus, you can use it to pick pockets or nab small, easy to fit in your palm items...)

That's a good idea, I think I might pick that up also, adds a little something to the character.

If you're using Traits, Child of the Streets gives you a +1 on SoH and makes it a class skill for you, which is nice! Not the most powerful trait, but it fit my character, so I took it.
