I know one thing for sure, you never want to be an android barbarian. It says they are immune to fatigue, but to emotion as well. (such as rage). You probably already knew this, but I'm just saying.
There's a Feat for this, actually. Given the prerequisites, and their stats, they're still not the best Barbarians ever (though Urban Barbarian or Savage Technolgist can easily get pretty badass), but it does let you Rage Cycle from level 1...
Also of note is that Bardic Performance actually gives a Competence bonus on to-hit and damage, though with a Cha penalty they still make poor Bards.
As for what they're really good at...anything Dex or Int based, pretty much. Investigator, Wizard, Alchemist, Swashbuckler (especially Inspired Blade), some Arcanists, and just about any dedicated archer all leap immediately to mind.
EDIT: Semi Ninja'd. Ah well, the advice stands.

Okay, sure... -2 Charisma. Whoop-de-freaking-do.
Nanite Bloodline sorcerer Android is still freaking badass.
Anecdotal evidence, but using him as a pseudo switch-hitter with the 1st level ability for the poison, a couple blasts here and there, and some control. Wasn't a God Wizard or an AM BARBARIAN, but those extra nanite surges were godsends.
Then again, I play with rolled stats, so. YMMV.

If they got a +2 cha to that bloodline, I'd think about it. Rolled stats could fix my issues though. Normal points and a -2 is pretty rough for a cha based character.
