A Pathfinder Society Quest designed for levels 3–6 (subtiers 3–4 and 5–6).
On the edge of the land known as Numeria, the Pathfinder Society has operated in secret under threat of death from the region's ruler, the cruel Black Sovereign. Venture-Captain Dagur Hawksight hopes that a meeting with the recently-sober monarch will allow the Pathfinder Society to operate openly and study the alien technology contained within Numeria's borders, but other forces have their own plans for the region. The PCs must ensure that the meeting between Dagur and the Black Sovereign goes off without a hitch, thwarting acts of treachery and sabotage.

A fun little mystery adventure set in Numeria. The investigation is well written and the NPCS and creatures are interesting and the encounter at the end was fun to run as a GM.
Well its kinda disappointing players don't get to see Kevoth-Kul :p This is pretty much prologue for future Numeria scenario plotlines. The mooks are actually surprisingly capable and boss itself is hilarious personality wise.
But it didn't take very long to realize that the DCs were far, far, too low to offer any challenge. There is a reason they were too low; if you don't pass them the fight doesn't become harder -- the module just bottoms out with no conclusion. If you have tests that the players *must* pass for the adventure to go somewhere, just have them pass -- narrate it!
The fight was anti-climactic. The personality and tactics of the main adversary neutered him, and the minions were of little consequence.
I know VO's got this, but it's still not available in the store. This must be an error... who do we ask?
I reached out to the team this morning to see what the issue is here, but I expect with our office all broken up that it's just taking longer for the cogs to turn.
