I have no problems at all chipping in. Just have to double check to make sure my funds are right. I think I overcharged myself for the retraining by a factor of 10 so I might have more than I think.
In the end though, it's easy to chip in with the gold we get on the chronicle.

"What..." After taking a moment to think, "Oh. Of course. The Greater Shadows. Who do I have to thank for my Resurrection? I didn't think any of you capable of casting it."
Valrar Altimari II |
"That would be the empress here," Valrar points to her, also gasping a bit. Despite being a veteran Pathfinder, resurrections seem to unnerve him greatly for whatever reason.
Lenny "The Toymaker" Bruce |
"Thank you Empress."
Lenny rises unsteadily to his feet.
"As you are all still alive I presume you defeated whatever was hiding in the darkness."
Grota |
Grota bows and speak to Liminy. "It's good to have you back. I shall begin the rest of the healing process."
Grota talks a bit about meditation and Liminy feels his body lifted. (Restoration, so his negative level is gone). Then Grota meditates a little more, causing the party's skin to become barky once again. (Redid Barskin)

Chun Hei nods and explains to Lenny what happened in his absence.

"I hope as we had a resurrection that they did not as well."
Valrar Altimari II |
"With a bit of luck," Valrar replies absentmindedly as he peeks around. "How many of these did the second empress say there were?"
DM Feral |
I'm going to assume people are ready to move on.
Moving past the wall of darkness the party enters a long cavern.
Starry patterns grace the ceiling of this chamber, dimly illuminating a shadow-filled hall of decorative sculptures below. A black throne rests against the west wall, below long banners depicting the Tien characters for sacrifice and death. A regal crown of black and gold sits on the throne’s massive seat. A discernible chill fills the air, and the sour stench of death emanates from a long-dead corpse lying on the chamber floor.
A blurry spectral figure is seated on the throne. It's dressed in imperial crown and regalia that appears burnt and blackened.
"Ah! You're the intruders that destroyed my favorite pet. Have you come to beg my forgiveness? I wouldn't bother. You will find that Emperor Shojinawa Ito wastes no time on mercy."

There's a few valuable trinkets but nothing immediately useful.
Moving to the other end of this level, the party enters long cavern that's deathly silent. To the north, a wall of eldritch blue light flickers from floor to ceiling.
A horned skeletal figure wearing a dark kimono and carrying an ornate staff is waiting for the party when you enter. Its guarded by a hideous man-sized creature that is somehow a cross between a lobster, an octopus, and a powerfully built human.
"Intruders! Surrenders your souls and I promise you a painless end", the skeletal figure demands imperiously.

Piscodaemon: DR/good; Immune to acid, death effects, disease, and poison; Resist cold, electricity, and fire; Low SR; Lowest save - reflex; Darkvision and persistent detect good, detect magic, and see invisibility; Poison on their tentacles.

Very quickly the area is covered in inky darkness through which only Chun's vision can penetrate. The rest spit globs of acidic spittle into the party's ranks.
