Whether your party is looking for contacts in the criminal underworld or fleeing from an angry thieves’ guild, no Game Master wants to spend time drawing every darkened alley and ramshackle storefront. Fortunately, with Paizo’s latest Pathfinder Flip-Mat, you don’t have to! This line of gaming maps provides ready-to-use fantasy set pieces for the busy Game Master. This double-sided map is the perfect place for urban adventures and even matches up with Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Pub Crawl, providing a setting for any encounter needing a seedy atmosphere!
This portable, affordable map measures 24" x 30" unfolded, and 8" x 10" folded. Its coated surface can handle any dry erase, wet erase, or even permanent marker. Usable by experienced GMs and novices alike, Pathfinder Flip-Mats fit perfectly into any Game Master’s arsenal!
On tabletops across the world, the Flip-Mat Revolution is changing the way players run their fantasy roleplaying games! Why take the time to sketch out ugly scenery on a smudgy plastic mat when dynamic encounters and easy clean-up is just a Flip away?
As usual, the art work is amazing Engle is the best in the business. The greatest thing about this map is the one side joins up quite nicely to the pub crawl map and to the warehouse map. Now, all that Paizo needs to do is continue the canal in the Redlight District map into a new map so that you can link all four together to make one large map. That would be amazing.
Lately the usefullness of the paizo flip-mats has gone through the roof (with the exception of tech dungeon)!
This one is great for all kinds of situations, like an attack from sea monsters in Magnimar (Shattered Star Adventure Path) or a battle with a Hellknight patrol (Council of Thieves Adventure Path) or even a skirmish with a rampaging robot gearsman (Iron Gods Adventure Path).
It is incredible detailed and the colours are very deep.
Probably the best city map on the market at the moment and great in conjunction with the "City Gates Flip-Mat"!
EDIT:
This is but one of four flip-mats that form a giant 48x60 map when connected!
The side with the piers is the upper left part, "Pub-Crawl" is the lower left part, "Warehouse" is the lower right and the upcoming "Hamlet" is the upper right part.
Sadly "Warehouse" and "Pub-Crawl" are out of print (i have them) and i urge you to demand a reprint through the "Flip-Mat Classics" line (with explicit big neon text on it advertising the connectability) if you don´t have them.
The 3 flip-mats that are out are really beautiful and i used them numerous times but i am looking forward to may 25th when i can combine them like a Transformer!
Hey now, let's not judge people. If....skeletons and...hooked horrors are what people go to the red light district for.....okay, okay you can judge them.
With the easy availability of magic in Golarion, there are possibilities for those dancehalls to offer entertainments of a kind that probably could not be imagined even by the authors of the Kama Sutra

Hey! It was one night in Kaer Maga! Any reports that I enjoyed any of that are greatly exaggerated.
Are those Halfling sized "rooms," or did they finally add restrooms in the maps? Please be restrooms!? I've been waiting for this day after dozens of flip mats without a single restroom!

That's because according to the RAW, no one has to use the restroom. ;-)
I love this map. The town side is good, fits nicely with pub crawl. But the other side is superb. I'm planning to run Carrion Hill and that rocky cove side can easily do for the wretched part of the town where cultist's live in hovels and there are some cheap dodgy brothels. The little outside restroom is priceless, a great hook/seed for encounters of the incommode kind.
I'm in a dilemma. The PFS scenario I need this map for is on Sunday and the local gaming store does not have this in stock. I have seen people buy the pdfs of maps in the past and complain about not being able to easily print them in scale. My question is whether a pdf will print to a desktop printer so I don't have to mess with the scale. If they don't print in scale, does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
