Adventure Path Charter Subscriber

Hello!
I attempted to order 2 DVDs and one non-mint Pathfinder book today. I was not asked what payment method I wanted to use. Although Steps 1-3 of the order process were green, I did not get an email indicating that the order went through, and there are no "pending orders" listed on my account. I do not want to order the items twice. Could you tell me if the order went through?

Hi Alisa,

It has not gone through yet. It looks like we are having some issues with items going to sidecarts right now (the tech team will be looking into that soon).

If you want it submitted to the sidecart, please let us know, and we can submit it from our side. (Please note that there is not an Adventure Path item shipping this month, as AP #100 has been pushed back to December).

If you want to change these to ship on their own now, it should be able to submit successfully.

I did try ordering again with the side cart today, but got the same results.
